The West Point Golf Course is a hidden gem in the Hudson Valley
This course is in incredible shape. Their greens are one of the best I have ever played on and lightning fast. The condition of the course is phenomenal, and my pals and I were not disappointed. The only drawback is there was no beverage cart and the food place located on the back 9, was pretty lacking for the prestige of this course. They made up for this in the lodge where our meals were mouthwatering.
ALL and ALL, A FANTASTIC COURSE AND WELL WORTH THE DRIVE!!!
Terrible planning
Course was awesome. Staff was great.
But to put a foursome in the middle of a golf outing
Was terrible. 5 hour round. Started 45 minutes
Late. And was told that the giant group was top priority and we may not get a cart.

Nice course with very challenge layout
The layout of the course is so hilly and very challenge. The green is hard to read for the first time play here. However, the course condition is very good despite area in construction.
My new favorite course
Great course, challenging greens, nice staff, excellent pace of play. Looking g forward to more rounds in 2023.
Overall ok
Its good if you want to just get out and play. My foursomes opinion is based somewhat on condition and price for the course. We got a special from Golfnow and paid almost half of what it would have cost. Regularly at ($91) for a Saturday, we'd say way overpriced. It's not that nice
Beautiful course fantastic rate
If only every upstate New York course received federal funding and didn’t have to comply with water moratoriums. This course is always fantastic. Fairways perfect greens tricky and true fast! Slightly pricier than others in the area but worth the conditions and history lesson on each tee
One of the best kept secrets
Usually, the Course is always in great condition and today was no different.
It is deceivingly short on the card, but unless you a long bopper, then play the "Grey" Tees.
It was a enjoyable round of Golf.
The disappointments are:
The Club House is not ready,
The practice facilities are unavailable prior to teeing off.
The Carts do not have GPS.
Carts awful- from WWI?
Except for the carts which were horrible, this was a very nice experience.
Will surely come back, even before the beautiful new clubhouse opens!
