Great Golf Course
Cedarbrook was in perfect condiiton and the weather was perfect, with the sky blue and the temp in the low 80"s. Beautiful layout! It was a great experience!
Good layout
The course layout is really good. Some of the greens are borderline crazy. There are slopes and undulations that can seem unfair. You DO NOT want to hit your approacm the wrong part of the green. Conditions are good and the staff is always friendly. Bring your A game.
Fun Track
I played this course on a Friday and the pace of play was great.The course was in great shape and the staff was very friendly. I thought the greens rolled around a eight but that's because they are not flat.If they were any faster ball would roll off of the green. I will definitely be back to play this course again.
Course was a very fun layout in great shape. Greens have some undulations. Locals on the course were very friendly. Had a very enjoyable round
Cedarbrook is Top Grade
Zim and his staff compliment this great Elkin course....I highly recommend it to anyone ! Really enjoy playing there anytime I can, just wish it were closer....55 min drive for me and my buddies..
Excellent layout, greens were a little slow but in good condition, given the undulating greens they couldn’t be too fast.

Great course, but this time greens ariation
We've played here many times and it's a great course with great staff and amenities. Normally the best of experiences....however, Golfnow failed to warn us that course greens were being aeriated and back 9 holes were completely closed. So, after driving an hour to get there, needless to say we were very dismayed and disappointed since the weather was perfect. This is NOT the courses fault, but is Golfnow's responsibility to put warning advisory on booking page to keep this from happening ! In a case like this, Golfnow should "make it right".....

I remember why I didn't care for the course after about hole 2. The greens were smooth and big..you can't miss a green in regulation, but you can 3 and 4 putt because the greens have so much slope. The fairways had grass which was unusual considering its still winter. Played for $16 on golfnow so you can't beat the price. Bunkers were washed out by the rain but they were raking and fixing them back to good playability.

Cedarbrook is always in excellent shape and the greens are the most challenging in the area. Super friendly staff, and you can see that they are constantly improving the course. Always 5 Stars.
