Course has gotten better from the start of summer when they punched the greens with better maintenance of the course

Course fairways in excellent condition, well watered. Greens and tee boxes dry. Greens were plugged in june but have not as yet come back. Spotty in places but hard and fast. This is course has some challenging holes and is always fun to play. Low scores are there hole to hole. Great value.

You get what you pay for. This course was real nice. Fantastic Layout. Of course the place could be better but that costs money, money people. You want a grand nice golf course you’re going to pay 50-75 bucks. I will be back again. I live about an hour, 15 minutes away in Morrisville NC. I’m retired Marine E-7 and I have to control my budget as far as my golf choices. So get out there and play this course. GThe staff treated me very nice and now my friends will visit also. Thank You

Worst golfing experience of my life. Greens were awfully maintained, it was basically like putting on stacks of legos. You had no idea which was your ball was gonna go when you set up. Sprinklers would be on while you played a few holes, throw an extra few bucks somewhere else and get a good round in.

Baywood is a level course, presently with high water and many places on course with standing water or wet conditions. The layout if good, offering plenty of opportunity to spread wide and still score well. Greens are patchy, in need of improvement. Water is prevalent in your play. A great course with great value allowing you to play a variety of shots to improve your score. Holes 15 and 17 are super challenging. All in all an enjoyable round.

This was my first time playing Baywood. The course maintenance is not very good, the fairways were in need of cutting and weed treatment. The rough was quite long, this too was in need of some attention. The greens were the worst aspect of the course; there were weeds growing in the greens, the surface of all the greens was potted with bare spots throughout. The layout of the course is not too bad, plenty of water hazards throughout the course.

Extremely bad condition! They need to pay golfers to play!

Course lies low, thus fairways wet for the most part. Greens recently plugged are in rough shape. In spite of the wet weather, tee boxes are dry, hard to tee. Greens are brown in places, patchy. No amenities to speak of although the facility is set up to provide more than evident. No practice green. Staff is friendly. Several holes are very challenging and the bones are here.

Water is high. Fairways well watered, mushy in places. Greens recently plugged and dry, balls do not role true. Friendly but short staff. Amenities there but not manned. A good round of golf, not overly challenging. Still and all, ill play again.

The fact that this course is allowed to take money for people to golf is criminal the greens are in some of the worst conditions I’ve ever seen, the staff could not have gave less of a crap about anything. There was no cart girl, no concessions, and not even water available on the course. It was 95 degrees today and I was about to pass out from dehydration because I figured I’d be able to refil my water bottle at some point. Never playing here again.

This course has had the worst greens for the last three years I have lived in Fayetteville. Not worth the price at all.
