Disrespectful
Arrived 20 minutes before my tee time and was met at my car by a staff member. Told him my time and was rushed from that point on until the end of my round. I was informed that a group of members were teeing off after me so he felt like it was his duty to push and rush me as quick as possible. He were at the 1st tee on time and waited until the fairway cleared out. 2nd hole we were approved by a staff member and followed the next two holes. The staff member said we were at a good pace because of the group ahead of us but after we made the turn under 2hours and letting a group play through we were approached again. Speed up because we should play this course in 3 hours (foursome). I asked a group of members how long does it take to play and the gentleman said 3 1/2 to 4 hours. We finished in 3 hours 45 minutes. This was my first time EVER being charged taxes on a tee time!
Improvements Needed
Tee boxes and several fairways were in poor shape. Greens were in good shape. Nice layout and friendly staff.
Terrible….
Overall the course was is bad snap. Horrible tee boxes and sand / dirt patches all over the course. The greens were very nice but that’s about it.
Good value
Greens were in good shape. Tee boxes and fairways were a bit rough. Worth the price though
GREAT POTENTIAL
Played this course several times in the past, in the worst shape I've experineced thus far. Needs a lot of love and care, tee boxes are moved for good reason. need more consistent grass in the fairways.
Good layout - poor maintenance and upkeep!
None of the tee Off Boxes were in use as they are closed and in very poor shape. Many of the fairways are in poor shape and don't have grass in many locations.
Had I known
Kings grant is my go to course since it’s near my house and always tee times available BUT no one seems to stick to their own tee time or they overbook on certain times. The pace of play was slow and I felt rushed to play each hole as fast as possible. The course itself has some beautiful holes, some which are always soggy it feels like. Overall however: great food, decent price, good amenities but tees are always overbooked
Other than slow play course is decent and greens were well managed. Post -rain drainage improvements can significantly improve the course
Club house & staff is good
Rental clubs were below below par. Course is Not maintained. I would not recommend to a friend
Fairway lawn needs seeding
This was the first time I played the course. I had to play off of a lot of sand in the fairways. Nothing showed where the water was except for the large lakes. It would be best to play with someone that knows the course. The greens were okay. The staff at the front desk was friendly. I would play it a second time knowing that the lawns need to be addressed.

Nice course, they are continuing doing work on the course which you can see. Will come and play again.
