Afternoon, walk in South Carolina on a warm summer's day. Not much more else to say, conditions were perfect. Golf course in excellent condition. Paired up with some great people from the area. Pace of play was no problem wanted to play 36 was so nice

Course was a great condition. Even though it had received a lot of rain in the last two weeks. Greens rolled nice and fairways were firm and Green.

This course was fun to play. The lay out was pretty cool.

Really enjoyed my 1st round at Santee National and will definitely come back. The course was in great condition with smooth, consistent greens, well-maintained bunkers, and a fun layout that kept every hole interesting. The staff was friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The only downside was that the pace of play was slower than I prefer, but it wasn’t enough to take away from the overall experience. Looking forward to making the drive back and playing again soon.

The course was in great shape, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Good shots were rewarded, while bad shots were appropriately penalized.

The greens were in good condition considering they had been aerified only five days earlier. The aerification holes were already about 75% closed, although the greens were understandably slow.

The fairways were spectacular, and the tee boxes were also in excellent shape. Overall, it was a very enjoyable round, and I can’t wait to stop here again the next time we’re traveling north on I-95 from Florida to the Northeast.

Very disappointed, the greens had been aerated but when green fee was purchased there was no mention. Would have taken my guest to a different course. Since there wasn’t much traffic on the course, the canteen was very limited (lights off, check out in pro shop). Shame on them for not mentioning the greens were not ready for play.

Really nice day after …. By hole 11 we called the pro shop because the group ahead were sooo slow. They immediately came out and had the group skip a hole then offered us a free round for our inconvenience. We finished quickly after that. They handled the slow play excellently I am a fan

This course is always ready to be played! Great layout and true greens. Staff is very friendly.

Course in good shape; pace of play was a crawl because of 1 group that was holding up the entire course, no ranger; greens were good

Course is in great shape and fun layout. It was really slow. I went Friday afternoon Memorial Day weekend so bear that in mind. Still, there was no ranger and a few groups holding us all up. The bugs became ferocious after the sun went down.

We were warmly welcomed by the two young men in the pro shop at Santee National Golf Club. Since it was our first time playing here, they provided us with a course map and gave us some helpful tips about the course.

There was no starter, but we were able to tee off on time. We played as a threesome behind a foursome, and although we occasionally had to wait briefly, the pace of play was still very good.

The course layout is beautiful, featuring gentle hills, water hazards, and well-maintained bunkers. We also really appreciated that there are no houses directly along the fairways, unlike many courses in Florida.

We felt the layout and play ability was good. The conditions were subject, The fairways were hard as a rock and the greens very rough. A lot had to do with lack of rain not the staff. Overall, enjoyed the round. Pray for rain.

Second time playing the course. Second time pace of play was slow. Painfully slow. The course is a great destination for groups with their package deals. Add in a couple of forced carries, and it backs up quickly. Fortunately I got paired up with a nice guy and we talked quite a lot between shots. But not eberyone may be so lucky. Otherwise, a nice place. In good shape in spite of the dry weather. Great to see them busy. Great to see the condition.

I am a California transplant now living in Columbia, SC. The area I am from has some of the best courses in the planet. That being said, Santee National is without a doubt right up there with them. I played here for the first time today and it was 10000% worth the trip from Columbia.

- Tee boxes are well maintained.

- Fairways are firm, no sloppy areas.

- Rough is well kept.

- Bunkers look brand new.

- The greens are the best greens I’ve played on in SC. Fast, firm, and challenging.

- Design is fantastic.

- Pace was perfect. Finished in 4 hours.

Shot my lowest score in 2 months on a course I’ve never played before. What a great day.

Just book the tee time. You won’t regret it.

Absolute wonderful course. First time playing and not going to be the last time playing. Course conditions were excellent hats off to the ground Crew. The staff inside the club shop was super friendly. Five star course. Perfect for the rate.
