About

The Trump Turnberry Hotel offers two golf courses right on the coast and with a well-known lighthouse as part of the view All levels of golfer can take on the hotel's two golf courses.

The King Robert the Bruce Course at the Trump Turnberry Hotel (formerly known as Trump Turnberry Resort - Kintyre Course) builds upon the many tests that were designed into the well-known old Arran course, and offers exhilarating links golf, with greens that undulate, fairways that provide a pretty trip to them, and beautiful holes.

Take in the view atop Bain's Hill, for example, after a quick climb from the seventh green, and marvel at how the added elevation extend the vista in every direction, then take your shot - the golfers behind you are waiting. Savor that eighth hole, though: it's the golf course's signature, with its drive from the elevated tee almost to the sea and a memorable second shot blind to a green in a gully near the rocks. Follow this with a thrill-packed coastal second shot on the ninth hole.

Best Golf course I’ve ever played in my life!

Enjoyed my experience from start to finish. From the clubhouse to the short game areas and driving range with a view of the lighthouse, simply amazing! The course itself was even better than I expected, world class conditions with world class views. Thank you! I’ll definitely be back and hopefully secure a membership one day, this would be a dream 🙏🏻

Had a spot of breakfast in the clubhouse, free range balls with trackman. Had a great chat with the starter and then a very enjoyable round.

As title says, the course isn’t as famous as Ailsa but it’s almost as good and incredible value compared to its big brother.

Wet and Wild.

Gave 3 stars on course conditions because of poor weather.

We soldiered through the front 9 getting battered with wind and rain but hey it's winter and middle of Feb.

Love the new layout.

Got brighter and better on back 9 and the good company got us home.

Great value at £55 a head ( GNow app ) staff very friendly and efficient and chatty.

I love getting a taste of Turnberry in the winter at great value for money and hope to see you guys soon.

Keep up the great work.

Robert The Bruce Course

All in all a great days gold. Staff excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Played a four ball, course was in good condition, greens good as would be expected, even for the time of year. Would definitely recommend and look forward to playing the course again.

Excellent in winter

Only mats on par 3 tees in winter. Complimentary bag of balls for the trackman range beforehand. Prices in restaurant are reasonable. Staff all friendly. Really good mixture of holes, all unique and offering something different.

Course excellent, faculties second to none, staff 5 star. Pace of play slow unfortunately to Many tourist golfers play the course shocking manners , dont fix digits pitch marks. Let it down a bit, but course was 5 star

Great day and amazing standard!

Visited week after the trump visit so course was perfect. Quick round before wedding at turnberry grand ballroom. Facilities are amazing and great service. Definitely recommend for higher handicap as well. Great day and amazing views. Shame about no irn brew on the menu but will definitely be back and keep up the great work.
