Potomac Shores Golf Club

Layout is great, 5/5. Condition was 3/5; greens good, fairway decent but rough quite spotty. Not a negative just an fyi—you would not want to walk — very sig distance b/t holes. No one was there so pace was great; felt sort of deserted early week. Range was 3/5. Needs some investment and tlc and could be very good.

really enjoyed this course, i usually walk and the pro shop said it wasn't possible. the cart ride to the second tee proved him right! had a great time

The course was in decent shape overall. However, they need to install ball washers on either the carts or near the signage when you approach the holes. Also, there needs to be more garbage cans installed throughout.

The starter was super friendly, and the practice facility is good.

The golf course is in good shape, and the layout is beautiful, but it doesn't make much sense because you don't get to the clubhouse until the 16th hole. It was cartpath only (a lot of walking), 88 degrees, sunny, and there was no beverage cart on the course (only two water stations in the whole course). It was not an enjoyable round of golf.

We had dinner at the clubhouse after our round, and the service was a little rocky; one of our appetizers came after our main dishes. The food was good.

Beautiful weather combined with a super friendly staff, can’t find a better place to play in the DMV!

This is a beautiful golf course. It’s a spectacular layout with a lot of elevation change and some really cool holes. That is in great condition. I played it on a beautiful fall day with the leaves changing colors and it really was an incredibly pretty course. It’s too bad that something has controllable and fixable as pay of supply Can be so entirely missed. Not one Marshall and there were times that there were four groups on a part four which is just plain unacceptable. The people who run this course should understand that while some people will come back regardless of the pace, others like me will not, and will tell their friends to stay away.

A unique course layout offering a tough challenge but fair. Lots of sloping greens and fairways. Beautiful conditions and a true test!

Overall course in great shape some tboxes need work the greens ran true even though they were aerated Monday and Tuesday definitely will play there again

For the most part the course was in great shape, but our foursome all had the same complaint. The grass around the greens was patchy at best with all of us experiencing bare lies on more than one occasion. Sure we all wish we hit every green, but we're weekend golfers and for the price would expect there to be good conditions throughout the course.
