Not bad for the money
Kind of a layed back course. Few players in jeans and t shirts but overall a nice easy layout. Course was wet but have had some rain lately. Overall it’s a nice play for maybe a weekend afternoon round on the fly.

Great round
It rained last night so there were some muddy areas, but conditions were not bad. Greens were in great shape and very challenging. Overall a good time and a decent price.

Not customer friendly
After being a regular player at Wendell this past year, when I called to make a starting time for this past Monday , I was told , that I needed to hold starting time with an up front CC payment
I think my loyalty would be recognized
I have never booked a tee time at
Wendell ,without honoring it or canceling as requested

Very Nice Course
Played here twice in the last week. Enjoyed myself each time. Amenities aren’t elite but if your just there to golf it’s great.

Staff cranky!
Staff was not friendly or helpful. Barely communicated. I would say grunted responses!

Good value
Fun little course tucked away on the edge of Raleigh. Not a huge course. Fairways are tight and greens are small and challenging. But still fun. Definitely a precision play over power. The pace was slow, but it was a Friday. Good value for the money. I’ll be back!

Course is getting better
Still a nice fun round of golf. Some holes are wide open and you can spray it around. Other holes require a little control. Greens are still nice. Fairways have been improved and are nice for a public course. There are still a few places in the first cut of the rough that is thin or bare, but that's why it's called "rough". It's a good value. They still need a ranger to encourage quicker play on weekends. At least put up some VERY CONSPICUOUS signs about golf etiquette. Some of your clientele are ignorant about speed of play.

Horrible staff
There is one individual that works that counter and anybody that would read this if they go to the golf course regularly they know who I was speaking of. His attitude and the way he deals with people is enough to ruin your game if it stays in your head by the time you get to the first tee. Other than that the place is OK they have other wonderful people working there but this guy seems to be there a lot and it’s not just me. And I would say it if that was the case but several different people have told me the same thing. And why they continue to have him working behind the counter is beyond me.. He has no self-awareness; it’s that bad; the guy-is a rude idiot.
