About
This Robert Trent Jones Sr. design is one of the area’s most venerable venues. The fluid beauty of MetroWest provides for a challenging but playable experience. Wide rolling fairways give all levels of players the opportunity to find the short grass, and the four sets of tees working from 7,051 yards down to the 5,325-yard forward tees make hitting greens in regulation a reasonable endeavor. No push over, though, bunkers seem to anchor every corner on every dogleg and elevation changes of up to 100 feet in some circumstances tug back in the course’s favor.

Great day at Meteo West
Course is a great layout. Staff are very friendly and assisted in playin extra holes.

Great value, OK condition
This Robert Trent Jones Sr. design is wonderful. I played the Blue tees and found it a true challenge (265 off tee, 155 8 iron) at 6760 yards. Green are small but roll well and hold a well struck ball. Par 5s are amply long. Generous fairways and reasonable bunkering. It could use one more set of tees for ladies a super seniors. I had my wife tee off in front of the red tees a number of times. She hits the ball about 150 off the tee.
Over all a great value for the dollar and worth a play.
Metro West is Back
It’s great to see this fun layout back to good playing conditions. Greens and fairways were in good shape. Tee boxes almost there. A Ranger came around and kept up pace of play. Sub 4 hour round on a busy holiday morning.
Beautiful course
Staff was friendly and the course is very well maintained.
Cart paths need attention
Course conditions are great other than the cart paths, they need to be replaced ASAP. Also there are no course rangers to speed slow players along so if you’re stuck behind a slow group good luck.
Best value in town.
The course is in great shape. No problem finding balls in the rough. Greens hold shots, roll true and are medium fast. Bunkers were consistent and raked. The layout is open with many elevation changes.
Only downsides are the carts and the cart paths. Both are hurting a bit. We were told new carts are coming soon. Personally I don’t care about the carts as much as the course, and this one is good.
Replace the carts!
Overall Metrowest was in good shape. However our cart steering was atrocious! We complained at the turn and person at the bag drop said they were all like that.! They are dangerous!
An enjoyable day
Metrowest continues to improve. Greens were good as were most Fairways. Still some very wet areas throughout the course. One BIG negative was the golf carts. They ate in horrible shape. Steering is awful. As prices increase you would think this area should improve. They are borderline dangerous to try and steer.
