Santa Anita Golf Course

This course is in great condition, some challenging holes, and pretty good price after 4:30 pm. I would definitely recommend this course.

This course has come a long way in the recent months. The new management is doing a great job. The fairways are in great shape and the greens are rolling very nice. The staff are really friendly and the restaurant has great food.

nice round, but chagrined to see five-somes AND singles scattered throughout. pace was erratic. course in great shape. greens soft, tough par 3's with sand in front of greens and pin placement directly behind them. no beverage cart, no bag drop, carts hemmed in by pylons everywhere, poor directional signage, no yardage marks on sprinklers, fun time and great round but could be so much better

Nice and friendly, convenient location, greens are a bit heavy.

Signs should be placed at the edge of every green to remind players to fix their ball divits. This should be in both English and Chinese (and Spanish if it fits). The greens would be so much better if ball divits were fixed.

Not sure what management is going to do with the greens. There awful. I have been playing this course for 40 years and there the worst greens I have seen there

This course is consistently slow from tee to green. The greens are very bumpy and uneven. Grass through out the course is mixed with various breeds and strains of both northern and southern blue and wheat grasses. Due to the large volume of players and below average condition pace of play runs over 5 hours. The staff are very friendly with food and bar service employees giving outstanding service. The food is good with an exemplary coffee cake! However the pro shop has almost no products for sale. Bring everything you need for a long slow day.

We were an hour late teeing off because we had to

wait for keys to our carts. The course should have

extra keys for carts. People who decided to walk went

ahead of us so that put us even further back. Finished

the round later than we wanted to . Couple people in our group had someplace to go so we had to rush

to finish.

The course was in great shape. played a little slow, but I was in a great mood after hitting a hole in one with a 9 iron on the par 3, 133 yard 4th hole!

Wet conditions were a little messy but course is in good shape and enjoyed the course and it's challenging design.. I'll be back for a rematch soon.

Had t-tee for 12:45, they told me to go whenever, so took off at 12:30 by myself. Backed from from #2 period. The same 2, w people group in front was constantly waiting before me every tee. Took 4 hours to go 14 then I quitted. Otherwise good looking course and layout. Will try and play at 7 am next time

Quick 4 and 1/2 hour round at 9am Sunday Morning. Course in pretty good shape. Lots of brown patches especially around greens. Most elevated and tricky greens which makes this course more interesting than other city courses. No real hazards so bomb away each t box

Very playable course. Definitely some bare patches throughout the course. Greens in pretty good shape. It's gets loud from surrounding traffic but not much you can do about that. Overall solid for a good price
