Good course for the money
This course is in really good condition for the money. I’ve played more expensive courses that were not as nice. Overall great courses
Poor conditions on the course
The Road at the course are in terrible shape the greens Ok the Sand traps are dry clay you can't get out at once
Not a bad course!!
I didnt really have my hopes too high when I chose this course. Surprisingly, it was in better shape than I expected. Would recommend anyone to play once.
Would play again
Really enjoyed the layout. Fairways were just ok. Many lies were bare and sparse of grass. Green speed was slow and a bit inconsistent. Pace of play was outstanding for Sunday morning.
Great course for the money
The greens were in great shape, my only complaint would be the mud bunkers. Wide open layout which is great for driver and 3 wood. a little flooding still hanging from all the rain we got this weekend.
Good course
It’s early in the season, I would expect it to be much better shape in a month or so. Wide open not to many challenges out of the T box . If your a single handicap capper you might want to look at a more challenging course. Shot 9 over playing this course for the first time
Average
Stock municipal course. Probably the best of the public Charlotte courses, considering it is a full 18 hole course. Comparable conditions to Sifford course at revolution park. You can find great deals to play here
Enjoyable round
Fairways and roughs in winter condition, with some wet areas. Sand traps hard packed with some standing water. Greens rolled true, medium speed, held the approach shot.
Challenging layout from four sets of tees
Course is in winter condition, both fairways and roughs. Sand traps hard packed but dry. Greens rolled true, held the approach shot and were medium speed. Cups were placed in challenging positions with the area around the hole very speedy.
Worst golf course
Fairways drenched with puddles of water, carts path broken on every hole filled with large puddles. Drainage for course is non-existent. Waiting at every tee box, front 9 took 3 hours. Driving range was closed. Paid for 18, left after 9.
This golf outing was just my wife and I. But I take clients golfing at least once a month around Charlotte.
