The Ridge in Auburn - 👍🏻
We would’ve rated this higher but recent rains and course condition (muddy and wet) weren’t the best. Nevertheless we will return soon as it is a very nice set up and good value.
PS: For the course maintenance team, it would be nice if you would fill the drinking water and club cleaners with water ! All were dry.

Beautiful course
Par 3 were challenging from blue tees rained day before so slower round with cart path only

course condition
The course was not in very good shape. I used to be great. I was surprised to see how poor the fairways and tee boxes were.

This is winter golf so....
It was a beautiful sunny day and a perfect way to start off the New Year,but after the rain it was cart path only and VERY muddy and wet.This is probably why pace of play was slower then normal but still a fun day and as long as you were dressed for it comfortable and fun.Good thing about winter is ya don't have to worry about any Rattlesnakes cuz I have seen a few in the summer but they are good to have there and as long as you don't poke at them and leave them alone they will do the same.They want nothing to do with humans and given space they will go there own way always.

Greens need more grass & less mud.
The ridge is a challenging yet fun course. Fairways are in good condition and greens are fast. However some greens are kind of bare with more mud showing than grass. they should add more seeds next time they aerate the greens.

Seen better days
Green were rolling fast but they have not recovered from getting punched 6 weeks ago. Few holes have big spots of barely any grass

Fast greens
Great layout with few water hazard and challenging undulating greens that are quick

Good day at the Ridge
Good fall weather with a slight sun shower for a few minutes. Play was light and pace was good. Greens not 100% recovered but putts rolled pure. Cart path only on every hole was a little inconvenient, I think the conditions would have allowed some cart access in the fairways but better safe than sorry I guess. I almost always enjoy my rounds at The Ridge and this one was no different.
I do have one negative comment; The
Ridge could do a better job starting a monitoring groups on the course. Call ups, if any, are not heard on the range and groups on the first tee are often left sorting it out on their own.

Slow because a five player group in front.
Would easily have given four stars but super slow play ahead of us with a five player group. Otherwise highly recommend.
