About
Rose Hill Golf Club in Bluffton is situated amongst plentiful live oaks draped with Spanish moss. There are also sparkling, crystal-clear lakes that come into play on several holes. The golf course is a part of Rose Hill Plantation, giving it a truly Southern look and feel. Most of the holes are flat and straightforward but there are a few tricky doglegs to keep the course interesting. The layout features formidable par 3s that will test even the best players and a notably difficult par 5 that measures just over 600 yards. The challenging holes are balanced with player-friendly features that make it versatile enough for a wide range of skill levels. Four sets of tees, the longest coming to just over 6,900 yards, make Rose Hill Golf Club even more accessible.

Great golf round
This course was great for us mid to high handicappers. The course and surroundings were beautiful with deer and rabbits adding to the peacefulness. Staff was very helpful and courteous, and the price was very reasonable.
Well organized, starter was friendly and pointed out the hazards around the course. They also provide a link for a fly over view for all 18 holes. It is a solid choice if your on a budget for golf.
Rose Hill
This is a nice course. Like the layout and it is pretty easy to play. Tees could use some improvement and greens were decent not pristine. Everyone was friendly and I would definitely play again.
Recent bunker replacement project with new sand and drainage is a major improvement! Spectacular club house. Best public golf course in the region.
Dry conditions
Great layout I love the design, the course was very dry but we are in drought conditions. Some of the greens had some bad spots but over-all it didn’t affect my golfing. Great place!! I will come again and will bring friends
Good value
Having played many of the area courses in prior years, chose Rose Hill for its availability and cost. (Man!! Prices sure have gone up, same as everywhere).
Greens were consistently good, and bunkers are being improved. Tees, fairways and cart paths are a little rough.
Overall a good layout and fair test.
Enjoyable
We enjoyed the course. Friendly staff and nice layout. Played with a very nice couple from PA.
Great golf
Great design, wide fairways, greens in good shape, easy to play,just wish the holes were an inch or two wider, otherwise well worth the cost
Nice Course
We played Rose Hill before checking into our HHI rental. Nice Course, Starter noted that our round should take us 2 hrs and it did. Wide fairways and playable bunkers made things fair and fastmoving. Course was a little brown but greens were perfect and slow. Cart service no where to be seen. Did not use range, pro shop limited.
Decent course for the money
Decent average course. The course was in decent condition for this time of year. We enjoyed playing it but don’t know if I would play again. For me it wasn’t terribly interesting or scenic. Pace of play front nine was great and then the back nine it became very slow. And we waited every hole. Good value for your money on Golf Now. A good course for a warmup round:
