Lely Resort Golf & Country Club - Mustang Course

My son got his 1st hole in one today #16 . Great day

Always has been an enjoyable course. Fair to all levels. But to score well you must hit good shots.

A few greens had damage at the very periphery. In most cases no effect on play. But overall very nice shape. Greens very quick and I enjoy that. Recommend this and its sister course the Flamingo anytime to all golf abilities. Foursome of a variety of ability and tees today and still finished in under 4 hours. Sweet!

I booked the Mustang but they had me play the flamingos. The flamingo is much harder I didn't have a good day. But if you play the Mustang it's very fun to play with wide Fairways and and is flater greens. Very fun to play

This was our first time on the course and the conditions were great. The fairways are beautiful and well maintained while the greens are challenging and fast! The staff was great and it was a good value for the season. The pace of play was slow. They could have used a ranger pushing a couple groups who took a long time on their tee shots discussing how they hit it, where it went, and how they should have hit it. No very courteous with two groups waiting behind them. Would definitely give it another try as the course was superb.

Fun course. Not too difficult for an average golfer.

Had a great time playing this course. Faiways just re seeded so in much better condition than expected. Course offered challenging layout but usual florida wide fairways made part of it easy for me. Played witb two members who were great guys.

Great value for the money. Course was in good condition. Pace of play slow because of a men’s foursome in front of us.

We played Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I get that it is before a Holiday BUT, they did not change the recording at the pro shop had no notice and closed early. We were on the course with a dying cart. Slowed us down. Called 6 times left 2 messages. Finally called the restaurant and they got someone out to replace the cart. Noticed same number in cart for heart attack. Glad that was not our issue! Pro shop Staff could use some happy pills.

Played the Mustang course. Loved the layout and conditions. Pace of play was good (just over 4 hours.) Nice facilities at pro shop and range. Great restaurant (Sam Snead’s) Highly recommended.

Made tee time thru App 2.5 hrs pre tee time, arrived at course

45 min before only to be informed course was closed. ?? And no notification.

If a course is going to post time available thru Golf Now, at least should honor it.

I hope my on line fee gets refunded.
