Realistically choose your proper tees and you will have fun and be tested. Some long par 4s and a few reachable par 5s. lots of undulation on the greens but they keep them at a fair speed. Banged one off the stick on the par 3 8th so I might be a bit bias. Sight lines are challenging as it is a Robert Trent Jones course, but it was my fourth time playing so I knew where not to go. It's worth the money

It was so slow that I and my friend were tired of waiting. Way more slower than usual waiting time. I really think it has to be corrected for its wonderful course.

From the tips it’s everything you want in a Robert Trent Jones design. Outside pace of play being slow at roughly 4 hour 55 min round at 1pm and the slow fairways as they could be cut down the course from tee to green was beautiful! Highly recommend and will be back to play soon.

The course was in great shape but the problem seems to be with the pace of play and the yahoo.s the course continues to let play. On # 8 we noticed 6 guys playing together, we called pro shop, it was fixed. But on back 9 these 6 guys got together a couple of times and played in there bare feet for most of the round. We mentioned this to Ranger and he just looked at us blankly. And to add to this the foursome behind us was playing music. knowing this we canceled our reservation for today and will never go back! And FYI we live here not vacationing people so we know enough quality course to go to where rules are enforced.

Early morning golf, beautiful course, in great condition. We played in 3 hrs and 10 minutes and had a super round.

Signed up for the Forest but the single they put me out with went on the Lakes so I was told to catch up- really? Lost a nice club head cover but apparently no one turned it in- that’s a negative for sure.. good value for the GolfNow rate I got and the pace of play was about average

As an out of towner, have played this course twice with two totally different experiences. Even during weekdays if you tee off after noon you are in for a long day. First time I played had a 12:30 tee and the round took 4::45-5 hrs, was dreadful. Second time teed at 10::30 and played in less than 4 hours, delightful. Saving money on a later time is not worth the frustration of glacier like afternoon speed of play.

This course is beautiful and in great shape. It is a keeper to add to your playlist.

Kinda impressed with the general feel of the place but like most courses we've played this trip.... attention to detail was absent.

Of course I would come back and play but don't let your standards slip..

Play here maybe twice a year and with family , normally brilliant course and condition , not so this round , greens were bombarded with pitch marks and honestly not a lot were repaired ! My guess is just to much traffic!

Will be back but won’t be till after the busy season !

After reading review about the slow pace i was not sure…we strated the 3st hole with waiting time however after those we have never been waiting and we played within 4h30 and this with a twosome where there was an old man playing well for his age. Adrian and John thanks for your friendship.
