Fox Hollow Golf Club

As always, Fox Hollow is a wonderful Golf Course, and the staff is very accommodating. However, the Pace of Play was absolutely awful. Our Group came off of 18 in 4 Hours and 45 minutes. If you plan to play here, I would highly recommend that you get out early in the morning. By afternoon, with Lower rates, the course gets overcrowded, and you’re gonna be waiting on every hole, every shot

A couple greens were slow, about 3. The rest were running about 10 and smooth. Fairways great and Tee boxes good. It's a great course get out and play it! :-)

Not certain what exactly happened but our T Time was set for 11:12 on Dec 5, and at 11:12 and being ready to T off, there were 5 foursomes ahead of us. So basically we were looking at over a 30 min wait just for teeing off.

PACE OF PLAY IS HORRIBLE. Good course, great layout, condition was great for the price but all that is ruined when your on the 16th hole and it’s already been 5 hours. No rangers to police pace of play and just another public course packing the course jam packed and hoping for the best. GPS in carts and the cart monitors where you should be but no one to get the slower player moving.

Instead of sending a message on gps that we are 9 minutes behind pace. , maybe the ranger should come out and move the slow group along. Waited on every hole after#3. No ranger in sight ever. Nice course but pace needs to be addressed.

After hearing great things about Fox Hollow we setup a tee time (2pm on Wednesday afternoon). I have never had to wait so long at each hole. The course was way overbooked. It took over 3 hours to golf 9 holes. We were told it's always that way on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The course itself was beautiful and we loved the layout. Very unfortunate that the overbook it. We didn't get to play the back 9 as it got dark, very disappointed.

Went to Tampanto look for a retirment home and to golf We found this GC to be an excellent place to golf if we decided to retire in Tampa soon. Well maintained course staff weee very friendly and accomodating. Food at the club house eas excellnt too

NO chance to play close to your best with just short of 5 hours. No ranger. walkers not moving .

Really nice course..drove over an hour and would come back. Divots filled with sand in fairways and ball washers have soap and water!! Nice greens, fairways and rough.

I usually don’t give a bad review to any golf course but today is my exception. First off the starter held us up because 2 groups of his buddies were 10 minutes late for their tee time. So after they could tee off we waited on every shot on every hole. Also the course Marshall passed by and said nothing, later to find him sitting in the shade on his phone. If the Marshall cannot improve pace why have him at all. Our first 6 holes played at 15 minutes each. Therefore holdup the entire course. On time and pace of play probably 2 of the most important qualities for golf.

First time here. Greens tees roughs and traps terrific. Paired with a very nice couple and played a four hour round. Active starter. GPS carts. Drove an hour but will definitely play again if I can get a deal on golf now. Saw 2 huge alligators and had to abandon one ball 10 feet from the big guy
