About
Wyncote Golf Club in Oxford is one of the most challenging courses in the area. The heathlands layout feels like a links course with wind being an important factor and thick fescue coming into play. The golf course starts with an especially tough front nine but there are more scoring opportunities on the back. Mounded bunkers and moguls define the movement of the fairways and though there aren't many trees, if you don't keep your shots straight you might find yourself out-of-bounds or lost in the high, wiry grass. Sidehill lies await you as well as a few blind shots. Wyncote's greens have little undulation but the lightning fast putting surfaces are a challenge for players of all skill levels. With a few "grip it and rip it" holes mixed in, Wyncote Golf Club is a tough but fair test.

The Perfect Round of Golf
This is one terrific golf course. The conditions were as good as they get. Great Tee Boxes, Fairways were plush and the greens were perfect. It was mild winds with sun and temperatures in the low 80's. This course is a beast when the wind blows as it is wide open. I highly recommend it to any serious golfer looking for a different layout in the northeast.

FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR THE COURSE IS, A BIT WET, THEY JUST IRRITATED THE GREENS SO THEY WHERE SANDING. STILL HAD FUN.

Great experience.
One of the two or three best courses I've played this year. Great conditions for this time of year. Don't understand why there are no rakes for the bunkers since this is not Scotland but other than that no complaints. Will definitely play there again soon.
Great course
The only reason I don’t play this course all the time is I live right in between two other good courses about 45 min away (Glen Mills and Broad Run). If you live anywhere near southern Chester County or northeastern Maryland this should be your go to. course
Perfection
Fall golf at Wyncote on a beautiful day is golfing heaven. Great course, well kept and always set up to challenge. Walking this course is so much better than using a cart. Try it.
Awesome, Totally Awesome!
Played the Friday before the club championship, and it was everything and more then expected. Wyncote is always fabulous, but today was even better. Great weather, great conditions and the fabulous layout mad for another great round. The Hot deal I got was icing on the cake. Always play Wyncote when you can!! ALWAYS!!!!
Challenging
Fantastic condition but definitely one of the harder courses around. Especially if it’s a windy day. But would 100% recommend playing.

Great Shape
2nd time playing Wyncote Golf, course is in excellent shape. The wind did alter a few shots to increase our scores. Played with another 2 some and had a great day..
