Great but short
Course was in excellent condition, but holes are short

Simply, it was a perfect outing.Staff was great facility was amazing.Everything was perfect.If you love golf at any level ,this is a must visit!
First time overview
My first time golfing in CA, this course (The Lakes) was great but very short (yardage). Great place to practice approach under 100 yards. Fairways and greens were in super condition and tee boxes needed a little attention (but played on worse). Very satisfying for me. Will definitely play when here in CA. Thank you.
What LA Traffic? Just Wait It Out At The Lakes
I'd seen all the golf influencers record content at this track and it was way cooler in person.
It is what golf should be, everywhere.
It is a par 3 course, in LA, affordable with tee times literally all day, the divots on the green should be expected (big ups to everyone hitting darts) and if you drop your ball down on the grass instead of the mat, no one will mind.
I played the 10 holes at 550pm, finished by 720pm and my commute home has never been easier.
Don't rush hour, rush to this track (I know... that copywriting could use some work).
The Lakes might be my new tradition after landing at LAX. Always thought hitting In/Out first was overrated anyways :)
If a TopGolf employee got this far... good for you... that is mad respect... because my one true gripe is the TopTracer on hole 10. I've always wanted my shot traced and the fact it didn't work and the locals I played with said they've never seen it work was a real bummer. But I have all the faith in the world that you will figure it out.

Greens are well manicured!
A great little track to work on your iron play and putting. The course and practice facilities are top notch. Best chipping space in South Bay. Hit the grens roll your putts and shoot a -1 like me. My playing partner had to had over the suitcases of money today!
TG really nailed this course
Perfect layout for beginners or even skilled players that want to finish a round in 60-90 mins. Lots of divots but that's to be expected at a short course. Still above and beyond overall.
The Lakes
Great practice round at The Lakes to work on my short game. Positives: Excellent pace of play, Fun Layout, Fair price. Negatives: Some greens a little chewed up, No driving range available after 12pm during the week, yardages provided in tee box were way off.

Easy check-in. Course very well kept up. Pace of play excellent.
Great experience
Staff was friendly and the course was well kept as well. The 10th hole has top tracer. It was a fun time we had to hit a few balls each. The staff also helped us pick out a great spot for pictures. Looking forward to coming back.
