The greens were okay and there is no grass on any fairways tough to even enjoy when your always hitting off dirt or looking for a ball. Traps are all under repair or not maintained. They are not watering this course except for greens and tee boxes

Haven’t played here in awhile because the course was in bad shape. Even after a few years, it’s still in bad shape. Fairways is more dirt than grass, needs some serious TLC.

This course was undoubtedly the worst course I have played in my entire life. The fairways were dirt the greens were alright but the layout was a complete joke. Save yourself the money and play somewhere at least somewhat decent. The golf cart barely moved and the pro shop guy said we needed to constantly pump the hydraulics. Horrendous

We wanted to get out on the course before my wifes surgery, and it worked perfect. Very few on the course, so pace was perfect for a hot July day

The course was in pretty rough shape. Bunkers are overgrown with weeds, 50% of the fairway is dirt, most water features are dried up and riddled with mosquitos, and just overall not in great condition. It was cheap and not at all crowded so I guess you get what you pay for!

The Good:

- some of the best greens I’ve seen in a long time. Minimal ball marks, good speeds, zero patches, pin placement competitive.

- Staff was great, friendly, informative on course information

The Bad:

- fairways… basically hard dirt, thin burnt patchy grass, with hard dirt underneath.

- tee boxes were lumpy. Patched dead grass or hard dirt.

Fairways were really dry and sand traps were hard with hardly any sand.

The greens were in great condition and receptive from anywhere on your approach shots. This is a great designed golf course with a variety of distances and angles to keep you on your toes! This course is a hidden gem!

The tee boxes were very uneven, the greens were the only l thing watered, every fairway was dirt.

Actually enjoyed the round for the price. I just thought it looked run down from the past. I pictured on several holes how majestic it might have been. Greens were in excellent shape. Sand bunkers had no sand on most holes and fairways were real dry.

...the layout is so good but the conditions are so poor. In fairness, they did have the sand traps marked as ground under repair and the greens were consistent and in very good shape. If it was easier to get to, then it might have the players to allow them to afford to maintain the fairways. For the price, with a cart, it is a value... just hit the fairway and then move your ball to something that use to be, or wants to be, GRASS, and you'll be fine.

Patches of weeds and long grass in all of their fairways. The greens were nice but everything else looks like it hasn’t been maintained at all. Didn’t see a cart girl at all while we were there.
