Birdie fest

Played the Dunes many times. This was the first time I had 4 birdies in a round. Birdies on #2,#8,#11 and #15. Chip in on #11. From arival to final putt all was good.

Pretty good overall

Mostly really good, fairways were in decent shape and greens were fast and sloped. The front nine had some redundant holes down a trough but the back nine is better. You have to like Pete Dye courses cause if you miss the green by a couple of feet you have a lot of 10 to 20 foot chips straight uphill to a tight pin. Even the guys on tv don't like those. Staff us great and the overall experience is very good. Booked a hot deal which made it affordable, not sure the rack rate is justified but golf everywhere is a little nuts now.

We love the course but we absolutely need a range and HIT DRIVER NOT IRONS ONLY . There is a net I’m 65 years old and can’t hit it over the net, not even close

Played both Mountain and Dunes course. Its perfect for average golfers and very enjoyable.

more visual than bite

If you can hit the shots, play mostly the right side of fairway- the trouble is mostly visual- greens are not very undulating-play smart and you will have a good time
