Terrific course. It was a cold, windy, rainy day but still had a great time. Appreciated the pace of play and the level of difficulty had me wondering why I play this game!

Pros: practice area, course asetics, pace of play. Cons: course playability - difficult water holes from hole 9 onward, resteraunt, bar area - felt like we were in a gymnasium. Overall OK, but lest favorite of four local courses played.

Poor conditions
Greens, tee boxes and more were sketchy in condition, thin grass and uneven tees not level. Marshall seen on front nine, but nothing on back nine when we needed it. Three Mountain course was lush and in shape compared to Dunes.

In order to play this course you must 1, be able to hit your drive long enough to have a short iron for your second shot, 0r 2, hit the same kind of shot Nicklaus hit, dye requires the near perfect shot, or you must be able to chip and putt like a demon, the course is in good enough shape, it just isn’t much fun to play.
