About
The course at the Sunbird Golf Resort is a desert-style course that offers three sets of tee boxes to accommodate most skill levels. This executive length golf course has a country club-type atmosphere and offers a good round of golf. The greens are medium sized with some that are multi-tiered and narrow fairways. Bunkers and trees are also present on the course, adding some challenge since they can greatly affect shots. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes. In addition to the executive course at Sunbird Golf Resort, the facility also offers a putting area and chipping green as well as a fully stocked pro shop.

Great little course!
Loved the course—lots of fun par 3’s surrounded by homes. Only thing missing was a beverage cart or better amenities after hole 9. Restrooms were confusing to find. Will definitely be back!!
Love this course
Love this walkable 18 hole course. Early mornings is a great pace of play.
Terrible pace
Had a 3:52 tee time…went off approximately 4:05…had a group of 6(!!!) go off at about 3:45…absolutely horrible pace of play…. that group held everyone up…finished about 6:10 for 9(!!)holes.
Have absolutely no plans to return…sad.
Ducks
A bit too many ducks, and duck crap on the greens.
Enjoyable/Playable/Scorable
Really like paying SunBird - we have been in Mesa for 3 weeks and have played several courses - this was the best course in tears of O/A condition tee to green. Definitely something we would play again
Good value but some holes are very close to residences.
Played with a Golf Pass discount. Good short course but many holes very close to residences.
Great Course
Recent rains made the already lush course even greener. Always enjoy playing Sunbird. Ken in the clubhouse is great, always friendly and professional.. I was paired up with three gentlemen from Canada and we had a great time in perfect weather.
