Sunbird Golf Resort

While it is shorter (but not really executive), Sunbird makes you be fairly precise and on target.

Conditions are quite good now.

This course doesn't try to be more than it is. It is a fun, shorter and challenging event.

Sunbird provides a challenge and can be played in less than 3 hours when pace is good.

First time for us, played 18 holes with a cart. Price was definitely excellent purchased round through a "Hotdeal". Pace of play was good, Course was in great shape. Great place to work on your short game. This is a very walk-able course, even all 18 holes, we would definitely play again and walk.

Course is in nice condition and well maintained. Course was busy with a shotgun start tournament but pace of play was excellent. Did not hsve to wait on any tee box. Course is somewhat tight with houses bordering both sides of many fairways and behind several greens. Definitely favors good ball control players but do not have to be a long ball hitter to enjoy playing the course. Will definitely play again.

Course was in great shape.A little tight for first timers in group.Pace of play was excellent.

Good practice for your short game. Only 1 easy par 5,lots of easy par 4s and some tricky par 3s depending on pin placement. Good value for the money.

The course is in GREAT CONDITION. I would have expected faster greens, but the slower greens actually are better for me - as I am a poor putter. I think low handicappers may find the greens too slow. Nice amenities on the course. bathrooms were clean - ball washers worked, NO ICE OR PHONE CHARGERS IN THE CARTS but they looked brand new. We had a shotgun start, and the start was delayed due to frost - so it was a bit of pandemonium at the start, but all was good.

This is a great challenge of your control. The houses line the fairways and you better be accurate on most holes. The conditions are very good now and the water is where it should be,

Come and test your ability to keep it in the fairways.

Great executive course with one part 5 one on each 9. The course is in exceptional shape, with the greens running fairly quick and the fairways in great shape.. The proshop staff were very helpful. I got there right at my 1:00 tee time so they checked me in in front of the gentleman that was waiting for his 1:30 tea time and then called to the first tee to have one of the persons there come get me to join the foursome.. I had a very enjoyable round. The 19th hole was quite fun as well. They always have a drink special for $4, which this day was a an Italian margarita which is a margherita topped off with orange juice and Amaretto. It was very refreshing. The bar staff is also quite enjoyable to talk with, as well as the other patrons in the bar that live in the Sunbird community.

We really enjoyed our round, great executive able to use all clubs. I will go back.

This is a course in a 55 and older community. Parking is a little scarce near the bag drop area, with the pro shop and facilities are very nice. Staff is very friendly, golf carts are in excellent shape, the course conditions are very good although there were a lot of grass clippings around, short par threes many of which are over water and some very challenging longer holes. Golf Now rate of 24 bucks made it an excellent choice for a fun day of golf.

While this course is indeed shorter, we had a great time with excellent conditions and no waiting.

Yeah, there was a lot of new water hazards, but it was a nice challenge to stay in the middle.

Course conditions were good and the weather helped make a good day of golf.

All in all, a fun shorter course.

Course in good condition. Staff are friendly. Recent seeding and rain have greatly improved playing field.
