About
The course at the Sunbird Golf Resort is a desert-style course that offers three sets of tee boxes to accommodate most skill levels. This executive length golf course has a country club-type atmosphere and offers a good round of golf. The greens are medium sized with some that are multi-tiered and narrow fairways. Bunkers and trees are also present on the course, adding some challenge since they can greatly affect shots. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes. In addition to the executive course at Sunbird Golf Resort, the facility also offers a putting area and chipping green as well as a fully stocked pro shop.

Expected better
Staff was very friendly. With an hour frost delay, wish the course could shoot out a text so you do not have to sit around waiting and show up a little closer to where the tee time ended being.
Course was in decent shape with one exception. The greens were very bumpy, you needed a 4-wheel drive ball on some of them.
The best around
I love this course. It's close, price is right and as a par 68 doesn't take more than 3-3.5 hours. Less in summer. Course seems to always be in great shape. Everyone on the staff including restaurant/bar couldn't be friendlier. Food is good too.

Check in was quick, and staff at Pro Shop were very accommodating. Starter at #1 was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. Course conditions were OK for this time of thr year.
Good course for the money.
Had an early tee time but was pushed back an hour and a half due to frost. They could have called me to let me know. Could have given them a 5 star but they never called even though I saw them call other golfers.
Slow groups on course
The course is in good shape. The staff is great and friendly. My only issue is that there are quite a few groups that play very slow. It took us almost four hours to finish our round.
Fun course
Course is always in good/great condition. Only issue is no cart girl and pace of play is super slow.

Excellent time once again at Sunbird. Course played very well, conditions were great. After our round we had lunch at the restaurant and as usual, a very nice experience. Food and service were above average.
