About
The course at Springfield Golf Resort has a traditional design that has an interesting mix of desert-style holes. This executive course features average sized greens that are heavily undulating and fairways that are tight and lined with a few trees. Water comes into play on a few holes and there are also a few strategically placed sand bunkers throughout. The golf course plays fast, but it offers a good challenge for all skill levels. Offering three sets of tee boxes creates even more opportunities for adapting the game to different abilities and handicaps. In addition to the golf course, Springfield Golf Resort also offers a chipping area and putting green.

Great conditions , great time.
Have been playing Springfield for years . Course in great condition . Missed several months playing due to injury but now back. Really glad to be back and spending quality golf times with friends at a facility that only gets better.
The star rating should be a 5. I will change it if I can.

Very solid executive course with some fun holes and enough par 4’s to keep it interesting. Greens were in great shape and fairways were good. Tee boxes average and sand traps muddy with some water but never was an issue for me. Great course to play some stress-free golf and enjoy the Arizona sunshine.

Great Course!
Play was a little slow due to many foursomes playing in a row. Greens and fairways were very nicely kept. Restrooms available mid course. Club house bar and restaurant was busy and food looked above average for a golf course. Highly recommend!

Standing Water
Really enjoy this course, but with recent rain the course is flooded. Nearly every bunker was a lake, and most fairways had plenty of standing water, as well. I realize the course can't help this so soon after it rains. I just hope they don't expect it to drain and dry up on its own, as that will take weeks or longer. Areas of the fairways that were not flooded were pristine. Greens were great except for the lazy golfers who don't fix pitch marks. Tee boxes were lush, but far too many were uneven by several inches. No way to get a flat spot to tee up or even stand. Love the staff here. We'll try again in a few weeks and see if the course has dried.
