Springfield Golf Resort

Excellent course for a challenging round of golf. The greens and fairways are in good condition. Everyone who works at the course is friendly and knowledgeable.

We had about a fifteen minute frost delay, and the staff did a nice job managing it and getting back on schedule. Course was in very good condition tee to green. We only had one issue. Waiting to tee off on the 9th hole, the guy cutting grass completely ignored us and we were forced to play the entire hole with him cutting grass just in front of us. He even kept mowing around the green while we tried to putt. We play here regularly and have never had this issue, very disappointing.

Staff was very friendly and course was wonderful! Pace of play was great, we did not have to wait on any tee offs! I would highly recommend this course!

After 9:30am spread your tee times out to 10-12 minutes. Waited too long at 14 of the 18 holes . Foursomes ahead were extremely slow and no one encouraging them to pick up pace of play. Tee boxes need work both with grass and alignment of tee guards. Our threesome took 3:45 minutes to play. Normally 2.5 hours

Ok, so the course wan’t perfect…but it was just the greens that needed shaving…they were a little hairy…the staff were fantastic, the course design was great and the 19th hole was brilliant!…great job to all!…

The course is beautiful right now and it probably the best I've seen in years and it was very busy day which I can understand but the group in front of us was drinking so much and leaving beer cans on the Green and when we started it was someone teeing off and someone on the green putting all the way around until about the 11th hole the guys in front of us were so drunk and goofing off that there were three holes opened in front of us and I was just ridiculous there's nobody out there to either stop the crap or ask them to hurry up quit partying and not playing

Course overall in good shape after reseed. Tee boxes need work and tees markers need to be straightened to line up with greens. Tee times too close and we had to wait too long on every hole . Spread out to 10 minutes between tee times might make experience a little better.

I played in a foursome with a late afternoon tee time on a Friday. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and showed us all the amenities they had to offer as we were early and had about 30 mins to kill. Pace of play was surprisingly good. Only had to wait on the first tee because the group ahead of us was running a little late. No cart restrictions. All tee boxes in play and not many grounds under repair. Greens were in good shape. Fairways were little dry so everything short ran up to the green which ended up actually a good thing. We finished all 18 holes. The course plays a little short so if you’re an advanced golfer you probably should pass on playing here. I recommend staying and dining at their restaurant. The fish fry was fresh and hand battered made to order. Place was super busy but the service was still awesome. Will be back very soon.
