About
The course at Springfield Golf Resort has a traditional design that has an interesting mix of desert-style holes. This executive course features average sized greens that are heavily undulating and fairways that are tight and lined with a few trees. Water comes into play on a few holes and there are also a few strategically placed sand bunkers throughout. The golf course plays fast, but it offers a good challenge for all skill levels. Offering three sets of tee boxes creates even more opportunities for adapting the game to different abilities and handicaps. In addition to the golf course, Springfield Golf Resort also offers a chipping area and putting green.

Tough pin placements
The greens has a lot of break and the pins were mostly on slopes instead of on thee flats of the greens. It made it difficult to get a ball to stop if you were above the hole. Overall the course was in very good shape and it was a fun round.
5th Time
5th time playing here this year, and it is looking better than ever! Staff is the friendliest in town by a long shot. My wife loves playing here because it is a friendly layout, and the people are so welcoming. They're doing a great job with all the crazy COVID protocols, too. You can tell they care a lot more about keeping their customers and workers safe than most courses. The toughest thing about this place is getting a tee time - the secret is out! We'll be back next week for some more fun!
Good little course
The actual course was in good/great shape. Pace seemed slow but this was Sat afternoon. The only thing that will keep me away is the driving range. The spaces felt way to close together, you couldn't hit driver without looking for who was to your back.
Hidden gem
They put new sand in all bunkers recently, most courses cannot say that. Staff is great. Challenging little course, wish the practice area had a better chipping area. Greens are in pretty good shape!
Good value
Greens are pure and challenging. This short course suits my eye for sure. A lot of par 3s and a few par 4s.

Great day
With perfect weather we had no excuse not to golf well. I think we were just rusty. The course had fabulous greens. Other than that it was so-so. We are going to play again. The service was excellent
First timer
A very compact course with a variety of scenic holes. Slow play today on the front nine. No beverage cart available and no bathroom in on the front. I will play again but hope play is better paced.

Sorry that our staff didn't tell you we did not have a beverage cart out on the course. WE try to make sure everyone knows!
You can always call the pro-shop and ask them to deliver something if you need it quick!

Right price, very long round
The price in the afternoon for winter golf was very reasonable and we did manage to finish in twilight, though the round took almost 4 hours for an executive course. The greens were a bit firm even with all the recent rain, but in good shape. Friendly staff, fun day and good value, just a very long afternoon.
