Situated between Greenville and Spartanburg, Willow Creek Golf Course is a favorite course amongst many area players. The course has a classic layout that starts out gently with a player-friendly front nine but then becomes much more challenging on the back nine. The layout is a seemingly mild 6,890 yards from the back tees but it can feel longer because of all the elevation changes you'll encounter. It's a golf course that will appeal to beginners but advanced players will also enjoy the many risk-reward opportunities that can be found throughout. Water hazards come into play on eight holes and there is a slew of strategically placed bunkers lurking along the greensides. The par-5 fifth hole is Willow Creek Golf Course's signature. This 516-yard hole tumbles across rolling hills with a stream that cuts right through the fairway.

Willow Creek
Always a good value and fun course to play. With their new greens the surfaces were excellent and fast.
Great Value
What a great price for such a nice place. Course was busy but only waited twice in 9 holes. Beautiful #9 dog leg right. Greens rolled very true.
Nice enough layout and pace of play
I played a late-day round and the course was in a nice overall condition. Nothing overly exciting or memorable, but worth the money.
Only thing missing
Bunkers were in poor condition. Other than that a really nice course
Golf with grandson
Course was in great shape, staff was friendly and helpful.
51/2 hour round
Do you like long days on the course and sitting in a cart, then this course is for you. Hole were backed up 5 deep throughout the round. Shame is the course itself is nice

Hit my first ace in my playing career on hole #7!

Grouchy old staff
Love playing here with my son and friends. Not very busy on a Saturday (rare) due to punched greens but the old guys out front with the clipboard told us to speed up even though we had no one in front or behind us. Poor lady at the bar must’ve been new because it took her 15 minutes to get us hot dogs and beer which made the old timers ever grouchier. I’m sure it’s tough when it’s really busy for the staff, but they've been pretty snarky for years. When we finished our round, we were talking in the parking lot, and of course here comes another grouch who told us to hurry up and bring the cart back.. we were respectful, but these guys think they are at the masters or something.
Greens aerated and wasn't aware until after booking on this app. Got to course and back 9 was closed. Should have been somewhere to be seen prior to booking.

This course is great, the greens are fantastic and the views are really nice.
Will definitely be back soon.
First But Not The Last
Well manicured tee boxes, fairways, and greens. Green were in great condition, fast but true. Loved this course.
Slow Pace
Quit after 13 holes...seemed like three groups on every hole the last 5. Very frustrating!
