With its neighbors being the Santan Range and Superstition Mountain, it is no wonder Power Ranch Golf Club (formerly known as Trilogy Golf Club at Power Ranch) is known for its spectacular views. Although this championship golf course is near a residential area, the course architect, Dick Bailey, insists the homes were routed to accommodate the golf course and not vice versa. The holes amble through the cleansed desert of the Queen Creek wash, which features plenty of interesting elevation changes. Strategically placed mounding and bunkers are situated throughout the golf course. Water hazards also come into play on a few holes. Four sets of tee boxes are available to test experienced golfers and allow beginners to enjoy Power Ranch Golf Club as well.

HotDeal Success

Thought it was great value for price I paid as first timer here. Good pace of play (4h15 min for Sunday afternoon) and good conditions. Would play again.

First round at Power Ranch.

First round played here.

Convenient location in Gilbert.

Played twilight for $75 US - would not pay more to play earlier in the day - place is not as nice as I was expecting but is not horrible either.

Pro shop lady was friendly.

Cart fellow worked diligently to hook up a single with our group which was great - slight rain delay screwed things up and that fellow would have went out by himself which is not fun.

I will definitely play here again buy will not pay more than $75 US.

Fun course

Course was in great shape. The greens and tee boxes were in excellent shape. Super fun to play, with a great layout. The only down falls were, bunkers need attention, and the rough needs to grow up some. Would definitely recommend to friends and play again.

Great course but slow play

Combination of lack of regulation of pace of play with 8 minute tee time intervals lead to extended play and unfinished rounds when you have just one slow foresome. Completed just 15 holes in 4 hours.

Good conditions

Power Ranch is in good condition and changes that have been made by the ownership has improved the conditions. Not sure it’s worth paying more than 125

Great course, great pace

My wife and I played this course a week earlier on the advice of friends, and we liked it so much (even though the weather that day wasn’t great), we went back for a follow up round.

This time, we were paired with another couple who are members at the course. They were delightful and friendly.

The course plays well, presents some challenges (this is a great thing), and was a blast to play! Staff are super helpful and focused on customer service. All in all excellent value, and we will be sure to rebook next time we come to AZ!

Bunkers need help

The course was in good shape other than the bunkers. Hitting off hard pan. Should have allowed any bunker shots to be picked up and placed on the grass. Not impressed with what the green fees are.

Bunkers are Unplayable!

Such a shame that an otherwise beautiful course has unplayable bunkers. Nothing fun about bouncing your club off the hard-pan and striking your ball in the forehead. Be kind to yourself and take a free drop when you land in a bunker.
