About
Desert Mirage Golf Course offers a public, nine-hole course and a fully stocked pro shop. The course has a traditional design but that does not mean it is boring. It is perfect for squeezing in a quick game or for beginners and kids. The course is relatively flat, but there are some hills on the course that can affect shots. The greens are medium sized with some slight undulation and the generous fairways are wide open. There are also water hazards and bunkers that come into play on a few of the holes. Desert Mirage Golf Course's signature hole is the par-4 ninth. It requires a tee shot over a lake to an island green.

Great practice facilty
I will use this course again and again as a practice facility. They make the experience great for a golfer who is trying to smooth out parts of their game.

The layout is my favorite but it’s close and good for practice.

Course a little dry .. but hey .. temperatures jumped from 70’s to mid 90’s in three days

this course was in good condition
I like playing there from the blues. Gives it more of a challange I also play on the ladies league on Wed. Great bunch of gals. EVERYONE at the course is very friendly, helpful and nice to talk to. Fred as manager does a fantastic job. And Tonya always has a friendly greeting to all.

Slow play
The course was in ok shape, play was horribly slow. Too many people let out on the course. No one to move them along. Won’t play again.

Friendly golfers and staff, basic easy course.
Simple basic course. Wide fairways, 1 hole with water hazard, very little sand. Friendly people, decent driving range and practice green. Great for golfers like me, just getting back into golf.

Only played 4 holes and left because there was a 6-some 3 groupings in front of us holding our group and the 3 in front of us up.
When I brought it up to the course employee working the front desk, they said “only 5 are supposed to be playing.” Not the response I was expecting.
Figure it out, please.

Worth $10-$12/rd
Whatever your tee time is, plan on teeing off about 30-45 minutes after your reserved tee time. Along with that comes waiting on every tee box for 1 or 2 groups to finish before you can step on the tee box.
I understand the target market for this course, but take care of the real estate you have. It could be a great little course if the greens and fairways weren’t as hard as a concrete slab.

Nice place to practice
I enjoyed playing this course. The pace of play is very slow with a lot of beginner golfers but that is to be expected at a course like this. Overall conditions were good and the course threw in a few spots to practice shaping the ball and hitting a variety of shots. Easy course overall. Will play here again!

Muddy.
Muddy in several areas. Holes are very close to each other. Pretty small course. Greens are in ok-ish shape. Not happy about extra 10$ for my girl riding with me.
