About
Desert Mirage Golf Course offers a public, nine-hole course and a fully stocked pro shop. The course has a traditional design but that does not mean it is boring. It is perfect for squeezing in a quick game or for beginners and kids. The course is relatively flat, but there are some hills on the course that can affect shots. The greens are medium sized with some slight undulation and the generous fairways are wide open. There are also water hazards and bunkers that come into play on a few of the holes. Desert Mirage Golf Course's signature hole is the par-4 ninth. It requires a tee shot over a lake to an island green.

Great Course to Practice
Course was better than the last time we went there which was last year. Not many bays to practice. I think they were doing one side at a time or was setting up for class. There was just enough variation to practice your short game and long enough to get a great walk in while playing. Everyone was very nice.
First time playing
Very good short course. Was in pretty solid condition for the summer. Only a handful of hard spots. Greens broke pretty consistent and fairway was in good shape.
I really didn't expect to enjoy playing here as much as I did. Pace of play wasn't great, but of course it was in the morning rush, but that's to be expected. I really would recommend playing here if you want to have a nice fun day on the course

Course
Hard to find hole #4. Had to skip it. Fairways were dried out and hard. Lot of crabgrass. Cart paths were muddy and bumpy. Terrible views of run down houses with trash in backyards along hole # 3.

Fun course
Fun to play par 31. Great for kids or somebody who wants a quick round. We liked it so much we played another 9.

Slow Play On Weekends
This is the second weekend that my neighbors and I have played in the mornings. Today we teed off at 7:45 with a tee time of 7:34. The Golf course allowed a 5 some to tee off ahead of us. Two Hours and 20 minutes later we finished 9 holes. When I approached management about this, they just shrugged it off. I can golf Wigwam or other major courses and finish quicker. Do not golf this course on weekends unless you have nothing else planned.....

Fun track
Fun short course. Good for all levels, especially beginners.. The greens were in good shape. Will play again with my daughters.
