About
Desert Mirage Golf Course offers a public, nine-hole course and a fully stocked pro shop. The course has a traditional design but that does not mean it is boring. It is perfect for squeezing in a quick game or for beginners and kids. The course is relatively flat, but there are some hills on the course that can affect shots. The greens are medium sized with some slight undulation and the generous fairways are wide open. There are also water hazards and bunkers that come into play on a few of the holes. Desert Mirage Golf Course's signature hole is the par-4 ninth. It requires a tee shot over a lake to an island green.

Poor Course, Will Not Return
This course is in very poor shape, very thick grass, lots of pot holes, lost a few balls due to the tail grass.
Practice Range is in shambles, side nets are broken so your ball can fly into the range.
Club house offered very little amenities, for $20 a round you would expect more. This was our first and last hole at this course.

The course was in very good shape. Had to tee off a little earlier because fo the heat. But we were done before the real heat set in. Very friendly staff.
For $10 I can’t be upset but the course was poor. Terrible greens and nothing maintained. Potholes along “cart path” Would rather have spent a few more dollars to play a much nicer course
Good course for new golfers
Took my wife and mother for a quick round had really good time course in great shape will definitely play again
Good play
I’ve played here since 2003, enjoy the course. It is always a good and quick 9 hole course, that I play on short notice.
Convenient golf spot
Very inexpensive. Very easy to get to. Close to popular Glendale area. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Worst outing ever.
Been playing course for years. Older desk man has no respect for customers. Very aggressive and did not honor our tee time.
Course Conditions
Course was in great shape even with 90° degree rule in place. Greens were nice with a good speed to them. First time playing here, I'll play here again. Great course to work on the irons.
Practice Course
This course is perfect for a practice round. The practice tees are on real grass so hit a small bucket first. The practice putting greens were in above average shape and the course itself lets you practice your 3 wood, maybe a driver for some, some mid irons and a lot of pitching/chipping. The course greens were actually average to below average. But for the money, it's a perfect course for getting back into the swing of playing.
