Harbor at Wild Dunes Golf Links
About
Wild Dunes Harbor Course, designed by Tom Fazio, is said to be cut from some of the prettiest real estate in South Carolina. Water makes up a great deal of the Harbor Course layout. After all, half the course runs along the world’s longest water hazard, The Intracoastal Waterway. Fazio claims the Harbor Course to be one of his favorites. "Working on the Harbor Course was very satisfying to me as a designer because we had to create everything. It was a very challenging, and ultimately, a very satisfying project."

Terrific course
The course was fantastic - beautiful views and great layout. The conditions of the course were terrific. The front nine was wind aided so when we hit the back nine we were blown away (literally) by the headwinds. Typically had to take 2-3 clubs more than usual and anything that got into the air was knocked down severely.
Will come back again and hope for a more gentle breeze lol.
Very Nice Course
Very nice course that is in very good shape. Small greens and a lot of water. The wind on the back 10 holes can be unbelievable!!
Very Nice Course
Very nice course, but I’m not going to lie the wind can be absolutely brutal on the back side
Great Course
Played the course mid February and fairways and greens were in great condition. Some of the greens are pretty small and relatively flat. But the course was fun and challenging.
Nice Course
The course is in good shape--target golf at times. No driving range--which for the price is robbery.
Really fun round
Had a great time out there today. Fairways are in good shape. Greens roll nice. Usually a bit overpriced but really had a great time with the deal we got. Made it totally worth my drive over from JI. Nice people. Great time
A positive experience
The course has a very interesting layout. It is beautiful but also treacherous. Concentrate well during the round for trouble lurks almost everywhere. Do not be seduced by its beauty. Enjoy!
Lowcountry winter golf round
We had a blast! Course was in great shape. It’s a beautiful course. Greens and fairways in great condition.
Great Course
One of the nicest courses I’ve ever played. Played so hard because it was 35 degrees and 30+ MPH winds. Playing that course in better weather would be amazing I’d image. Would go back again for sure.
Incredible Views. Challenging but a riot!!!
Exclusive club, friendly staff, tremendous views. Not an easy course for beginners so be patient and don’t take it too seriously. Great greens. Super tight layout so bring balls if you are wild. Have fun!!!
Fun and Worthwhile
Played the Harbor Course while on vacation in the Charleston area. No problem getting a tee time at a pretty good rate, although of course it was a weekday in January! Found the tees to be a little confusing because the card said that they had black, white, gold and red tees but only the only markers were black and gold. In reality the black markers were a hybrid of black and white and the gold was hybrid of the gold and red. In any case, it was fun to play - not long bur very tight with even slightly errant drives costing you strokes. Greens were small but fast. Definitely worth a visit if in the area..
