About
Located in the east valley, the Sunland Village Golf Course is an 18-hole course with a traditional layout. The semi-rolling landscape of the course features subtle elevation changes and tall, mature trees sprinkled throughout. The medium-sized greens are slightly undulating and the fairways are tree-lined. There are also ponds on the course that come into play on many holes. A notable hole is the par-3 16th. It is a mere 86 yards, but it requires a precise shot past water to the green. The Sunland Village Golf Course facility has three different putting and chipping greens for golfers to use as well as a driving range.

Course double booked and didn’t refund me
My wife and I are novice golfers. I paid in advance for a foursome so my wife and I could play alone and each hit two balls. Even though the course had been paid by me for a foursome;, the course put another pair of golfers with us. The course refused to refund me half of what I paid. They essentially got paid for six golfers and refused to refund me for two. They told me to take it up with Golf Now even though the course had received full payment from me (via Golf Now) tor a foursome. I was disappointed by how I was treated by the staff at this course.
Great value
It is a very good course one of the best for the price the average golfer can have a very fun and enjoyable round of golf and always in good shape

Greens and fairways
Well greens were good, fairways were a little ruff, but our group was disappointed cuz every time we got to the tee box they turned the water on tee box, so we skipped a couple holes and they still turned on the water again on the tee box, and green...so we complained and they said they are on timers, we got our phones gps speaker soaked ....but 9 out of 12 holes the water was on the box or greens, after we complained water stopped....we asked to talk to mgr, but he was golfing, a head of us, secretary wouldn't call him, ....nor did he ever call us it's been about a week .........
Great bang for your buck
Course is in phenomenal condition and if you wanna know how good you really are play it it’s a great short/mid distance test tight fairways greens that are holding and making ball marks in the 115 degree heat, love playing this course oh and you can legit finish a round in under 3 hours play it it’s the best condition course I’ve played this summer.
The course is in great condition despite the extreme heat. You won't be disappointed playing this course. Very friendly staff in the clubhouse as well as the landscapers out on the course. If you want perfect greens and very minimal fairway bare spots, then play this course. Overall, the course is perfect for the average golfer.

You need a break every once in a while. The conditions of this executive course were ideal. The grounds crew should be applauded. Relaxing two hour plus round and a nice tune up for the big courses played during the week.
