About
Located in the east valley, the Sunland Village Golf Course is an 18-hole course with a traditional layout. The semi-rolling landscape of the course features subtle elevation changes and tall, mature trees sprinkled throughout. The medium-sized greens are slightly undulating and the fairways are tree-lined. There are also ponds on the course that come into play on many holes. A notable hole is the par-3 16th. It is a mere 86 yards, but it requires a precise shot past water to the green. The Sunland Village Golf Course facility has three different putting and chipping greens for golfers to use as well as a driving range.

Small and Quaint
I love this little course. It is always well maintained and plays well. I have found that the later in the day you play, the more youbwill wait at a tee box bit the earlier you play, pace of play is quite well.
For the money, I don't think there is a better executive course in the east valley!
Should not allow six-ems to slow play. Otherwise course in good shape
Great value
This was the first time to play this course and it is fantastic. The quality of the course is first rate. We have golfed down here for three months and it is the best yet. The care around the course is first rate. Our starter was very friendly and gave us a few pointers. We will be back for sure to play again. Great value for your money even if it is a short course. The lady in the pro shop also was very friendly.
Slower Today; But Expected
We teed off at 2:28 knowing that there would be a lot of 4somes ahead of us. We did manage to complete our 18 holes by 5:30 and dusk. The course has been in very good shape. The greens are very quick these days which is unusual for this time of year. We’ve been enjoying the course weekly for the last 9 months. Deff recommend.

Course was in great shape for this time of year.
For an executive course it played at a good pace and thought it was in great shape. It was a lot greener than others we had played in the Phoenix area. The price was good for this course.
Price
Booked online charged a deposit less than one green fee,when got to course charged everyone a amount more than what online total was supposed to be. Didn't catch till we were done and headed home. My advice check your receipt at time of check in, this may have been a accident and our bad for not paying closer attention. Everything else was great.
