Peoria Pines Golf Club
About
Peoria Pines Golf Club (formerly known as Country Meadows Golf Club) is an executive length course that has a mix of par 3s and par 4s and calls for the use of several different clubs. There are also two lengthy par 5s that are over 500 yards. The course is suitable for all skill levels as it has enough challenge for advanced golfers but is still accessible to beginners. Water hazards come into play on seven holes. There are also several strategically placed sand bunkers. The greens, although well maintained, play slow. Peoria Pines Golf Club's green fees are reduced in the summer as well as on weekday afternoons in the peak season.

Course and greens were hard and brown.
Course was cut close prior to seeding. Played the day before terribly. This time I knew to hit 15 to 20 yards before the green because it would roll up onto the green. Putts were super fast. But knowing that it would be seeded the following week, it was understandable. All in all, a short fun course to play.
Great Weekday course
My friends and I enjoy this course as it is usually quick, is kept well and the restaurant is generally good!
The vibe is relaxed which makes play more enjoyable!
Scalped conditions
Friendly local course. Unfortunately I didn't know the course was already scalped for over seeding that was going to start in 5 days. Made the conditions pretty bad all the way around.
The Pines
I've played there before when the course was in excellent condition but they were getting ready for closing for reseeding but the course was still in pretty good shape. For an executive course it is pretty challenging for two people in our party. As a 10 handicap I find it challenging even for me. I really like playing at Peoria Pines.
Peoria Pines Az
I consider P.P., my home course. I have played it over 50 times and enjoy everything about it. The course is laid out well and kept up for an affordable public AZ course. Staff, food, and o.t.b are just an added bonus.
Always Fun
Live playing here, staff is always helpful, course is usually in good shape and pace of play is very good. Will be back and recommend for a short course with plenty of iron practice.
Tom
Nope
Crazy expensive for what you get. Will never play there again. Pace of play was horrible as well.
This course is not worth the money
We weren't advised the course was airating the greens. It was like playing plinko. The tee boxes weren't mowed and we were advised when checking in we would have to play the front nine twice. We stopped at nine and left. They should be embarrassed for charging to play under these conditions.
First Time
Course is fairly challenging off the back tees. Greens were in relatively decent shape for summer in AZ, but the tee boxes and fairways were not in good shape. I just wanted to try this course once, but I doubt that I'll be back.
Peoria Pines
Challenging off the back tees - some 200+ yard par 3s. Greens were actually in pretty good shape for July in Arizona, but the fairways and most of the tee boxes were poor. Don't think I'll play here again. Sun City Country Club just up the road is a much more interesting course and a much better value.
Peoria Pines
For an executive course, I enjoyed my round. The staff was friendly and the other members of the group were fun to play with.
The greens on the backside of the course were in better shape than the front nine
The one issue that I had was that there was no marshall on the course and when things started to back up, a group from the 8th hole cut in front of us back on the fourth hole
