About
The Encanto Golf Course is an 18-hole golf course designed by William P. Bell and built in 1936. It offers 6,404 yards of par-70 golf from the championship tees.
Reservations are required on the Encanto Golf Course, which is open year-round, and features all of the amenities, such as rental carts and clubs, an in-house professional and a driving range. Metal spikes are allowed.

Beautiful day with a nice playing partner added to our group.
We enjoy Encanto because it is so open and allows us to shake off some of the winter rusty ness as migrating snow birds.

a couple of Canadians out for our second game in 5 months and teamed up with a friendly couple from Phoenix, We very much enjoyed the course, the weather and the company that we shared today, going back again before we return home.

easy peasy
Not very challenging layout,6400 from the back tees,, flat course with water on a few holes. Greens are firm and roll nice. Pace was good at just over 4 hours.
Enjoyable Course
Fairways and Greens were in nice condition, Busy course on a Sunday afternoon. Even though we waited on every shot, we were done in a reasonable 4.5 hours,

Not a bad little course, not very long but in decent shape.. fast greens.. Good starter course for a week of golf.
Quick round and greens.
Greens were in great shape and extremely challenging for a muni course. Overall a solid play, especially for the $$$.

I really enjoyed this course. The greens were fast but it was a fair course to play. I felt value for the quality of course was very good.

Good condition for a long coursr
Course ( fairways and greens)! was in very good condition. It has minimal trouble but was long. It was about 4 hr 15 minute round and course was full. It is a no frills municipal course near downtown Phoenix. Staff was pleasant and efficient. I played with my husband and we would play again.

Course in good condition 2nd time playing first was Great 2nd the pace of play was slow group in front of us were 2 holes behind the group in front of them greens were great fast and held there line

3rd oldest course in Arizona, opened in 1936 and still a great track’. They just had a heavy rain so I walked it pulling my bag. Tees were well groomed, fairways were tight and surprisingly fast. The greens were excellent, definitely not slow and depending on the pin location, sneaky fast! $49 bucks, heck of s deal!

Very friendly staff, great practice facilities. Course was in great shape, started out very early, the greens became very fast by the end of the round. Will definitely play here again.
