The golf course at the Palmbrook Golf Club (formerly known as Palmbrook Country Club) has a reputation for being immaculately well kept. The course's greens and fairways are consistently kept in excellent condition making the course enjoyable to play. In addition to the spotless maintenance, the course at the Palmbrook Golf Club has a challenging design that incorporates water hazards in the form of a meandering brook and six lakes on the back nine. The challenging greens are fast and hard to read. There are also several bunkers that can affect play. Four sets of teeboxes provide different options.

Could move to a 9 minute tee time and have more happy golfers. 8 is only to make money not for golfer happiness. Still a good course to play.
Fine for the money
I appreciate this course because it is an okay course at a reasonable price. Many courses in Phoenix are in terrible condition but still charge twice the price as Palm brook and falsify the course conditions on line

Greens a bit pockmarked. Pace slow and we were third group out.

This course has two different nines. Very nice layout and in very good condition.

As usual Palmbrook provided good value.Good condition and played in 4hours and 15 min.
Re open
Course had just reopened from overseeding. Cart path only added to pace of play. Greens were real slow with thick grass. But added to challenge.

Course was in good shape coming off of overseed. Greens were shaggy and slow but otherwise were in good shape. Should be in prime condition in a few weeks.
Course was very in all aspects with the exception that the greens were very slow and hard to putt on. You had to hit your putts so hard that you would think they would go off the green but they would not make it to the hole
Please be transparent about course conditions
Had i known about cart path only and that the greens were not mowed, I would not have paid 88 dollars to play there.
