The course was in great shape.

The practice facilities were good.

Driving , putting and chipping areas are available.

I absolutely love this course, I’ve played it 3 times since Aug 2025 and it’s a very beautiful course. A few challenging holes and some reachable par 4s. I love how green the course is with pretty trees. My ONLY problem is how backed up it can get. Tee times might be put too close to each other and some people aren’t as good as they think they are. I started at 2:15 (tee time was 2:07). The front 9 took a little over 2 and an half hours and I thankfully finished all 18 right as the sun was no longer visible and I was only able to finish because the group in front left early. Not sure where the ranger was but they need to speed it up a bit. Again other than the pace of play, wonderful fun course.

In a city and time of $200 tee times, Palmbrook is a good value. Conditions were good and staff was excellent. Group in front was a bit slow playing multiple shots from the tee but not terrible for a weekend afternoon round. Layout is typical parkland style with parallel fairways and had to wait a few times as players were playing from our fairway.

Overall good track and definitely one that we play a bunch each year

Very player friendly. My wife and I had a nice time.

Nice condition. Good value at $60 on a deal. Tee time was 12:30, was delayed 10 minutes. The round took 4:45 and we waited on every hole. Simply too many golfers on course with tee times at 7-8 minutes.

a very rare rainout in Az, but we got 13 holes in. as usual, the course and the people here are great! definitely coming back when the sun comes out

Always have enjoyed this course, but today was very slow paced, waiting at every hole. Greens are great, some of the fairways are very thin, making it hard to get under the ball.

Really solid course. Finished a 10:30 tee time in under 4 hours and that was with foursomes going off left and right so pace of play was lightning fast. Fairways were pretty well kept as well as greens. I think value is about spot on, really good public course. I’ll definitely be back.

Course was in great shape from tee to green. Staff was very friendly. Fair price for this time of year.

Have played Palmbrook a couple of times this winter. Course conditions continue to get better as the weather warms up and the occasional rain has helped the fairways fill out. Pace of play was solid (4hrs 15 minutes), course layout is moderately challenging with a fair design. Price to play was excellant. Will definitely be back here and to their sister course bat Union Hills.

Nice grass. Desert courses are usually dry. This one is nice and has interesting holes.
