Palmbrook Golf Club

About
The golf course at the Palmbrook Golf Club (formerly known as Palmbrook Country Club) has a reputation for being immaculately well kept. The course's greens and fairways are consistently kept in excellent condition making the course enjoyable to play. In addition to the spotless maintenance, the course at the Palmbrook Golf Club has a challenging design that incorporates water hazards in the form of a meandering brook and six lakes on the back nine. The challenging greens are fast and hard to read. There are also several bunkers that can affect play. Four sets of teeboxes provide different options.

Friendly greens
Overall, it’s a wonderful course to play. Lots of green grass. Back nine is the water side which comes into the plate so many times. Playing this course is a good choice. staff on the The front desk does a awesome job with you
One of the best value courses in the area!
We came here for a week and played multiple courses. This course was in as good a condition as any we played; it had great pace, an excellent practice area, and good on-course service. For less than $100, we got great value!
Great Course
Our first time here and it’s one of our favorite muni courses. There was actually grass in the rough and the greens were challenging but not gimmicky or hard as concrete. There is a beverage cart and 2 restrooms per 9. They also had a course manager who was very friendly and just wanted to check to make sure we were ok and having a good time.
Best course in sun city west
Absolute beautiful course. Fairways and greens were fantastic. Layout was easy to play. In my opinion best course in sun city west!
FIVE-SOME HEAVEN!
We suffered through a 5+-hour round because the course permits 5-somes and we played behind 3 of them. The ranger confirmed the course's practice and could do nothing to move them along and chose not to break them up. That was the first time we played the course and really liked the conditions, BUT WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. The owner and manager of the course should be ashamed and removed.
When it’s breezy oh swing easy
Cold windy day proved to be a tale of two nines. Front nine not as exposed to the elements. Back nine fully exposed. Course in good shape but disappointing clubhouse basically shuts down at 5:00.
5 SOMES
WE HAD 3 5 SOMES IN FRNTOF 2 4 SOMES AND THEY WERE A HOLE BEHINE ON THE BACK 9 AND HAD TO WAIT OVER 20 MINUTES. NOT FUN. MORE THAN 5 HOURS FOR 18 HOLES
5-SOMES HEAVEN
A 5-hour round (!) because we played behind three 5-somes. The "ranger" said 5-somes are permitted, but they must keep up their pace of play. They didn't and the ranger didn't move them along, so everybody behind them suffered. A course that permits 5-somes is poorly managed. This was our first time playing the course and we will never go back.
5-somes should be deported.
