Sun City Country Club

About
The golf course at the Sun City Country Club provides a challenging championship course in an elegant setting. The semi-private course has a tight layout with fairways that are lined with trees and bushes. The trees provide plenty of shade, a welcome asset on sunny days. The greens play at medium speed and they are consistently in good condition. Several of the greens are elevated and sloped. A water hazard comes into play on three holes on the course. The seventh, a 153-yard, par-3, hole is the signature hole. It requires a tee shot over water that has to carry at least 125 yards. The upscale Sun City Country Club offers fine dining options as well as an experienced and helpful on-site golf pro.

Nice course
Was a good time, would play again. No issues except course had a few rough spots
Summer burn
Greens are bumpy and not in great condition. Fairways are also in sad shape. I hit several dirty shots from the fairway.
SCCC
Great course, friendly staff, greens were a little rough but overall the course is in fair shape for the price.
Sun city county club
We play all over the west valley sun city county club is one of are go to it's not long but challenging it's Moore of a traditional golf course plenty of trees and dog legs small greens we really like playing it good break from the Arizona desert courses.
Great course, great pace
Love coming out here! The big trees and tough rough are fun to account for!
SCCC
Fun day, pace was good till 10, then it got backed up, but overall great day.
Where’s the beverage cart?? I never saw it!
Hey, it’s the desert man!
It’s not Augusta national, but it’s a nice place to play. The fairways and greens are a little rough in spots. This is understandable right now because this is the transition season going from Rye grass to Bermuda. The pace of play was great. We finished in a little over three hours. I do however have one major complaint. We do live in the desert here and there was no drinking water on the course. They do have water at the clubhouse and drinking fountains at the two restrooms on the course. However, THE DRINKING FOUNTAINS DON’T WORK!
Sun City CC
Played this course for the first time this year but have played this course many times before in past years. Love layout and course is in good shape. Played with 2 other gentlemen who were fun to play with. No one else on course near us so we had a great time and pace of play. Only criticism is the superintendent put some diabolical pins on some of the greens. Highly recommend playing the course before reseeding starts.
