About
The golf course at the Sun City Country Club provides a challenging championship course in an elegant setting. The semi-private course has a tight layout with fairways that are lined with trees and bushes. The trees provide plenty of shade, a welcome asset on sunny days. The greens play at medium speed and they are consistently in good condition. Several of the greens are elevated and sloped. A water hazard comes into play on three holes on the course. The seventh, a 153-yard, par-3, hole is the signature hole. It requires a tee shot over water that has to carry at least 125 yards. The upscale Sun City Country Club offers fine dining options as well as an experienced and helpful on-site golf pro.

Course conditions
This course was real green & lush when we played it a couple months ago. It was not nearly as well manicured or green this time.
Good time
Course is in good shape had to wait for a cart when carts were available had a good time
Interesting Parkland Course
Nice course among tree-lined fairways. Some water to avoid. Fast pace of play. Good value.

Service was very professional, fairways and green in good condition, pace of play less than 4 hours. All any golfer could ask for.
very average course
Expected a nicer course and nicer course conditions... muddy in spots and fairways hard and not great grass.
No welcome friendly feel in the pro shop and not generous fairways. We have never liked courses lined with houses so close.
Friendly Staff and good course
Had a fools day out course was in good shape and pass of play was nice
Absolutely atrocious. Unorganized, waited in pro shop for 5 minutes for help. Had complications with cart personal due to outside beverages that I brought in. I have been playing golf in az now for 20 plus years, and never had a complication with any other cart individuals at any course ever.
First Impressions
We enjoyed our round and were lucky to be paired with a lovely couple who were familiar with the course which was a great help in getting around the course. Conditions were very good, though the course was quite windy.
Would be happy to return and play again, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Nice day at Sun City CC
Fun course to play, but a little short at 6200 yds from the tips. Need a zero bounce on your sand wedge because the traps are rock hard, like a quarter inch of sand over a tile floor.

Sand traps were not playable. They where very hard and need additional sand
