About
The golf course at the Sun City Country Club provides a challenging championship course in an elegant setting. The semi-private course has a tight layout with fairways that are lined with trees and bushes. The trees provide plenty of shade, a welcome asset on sunny days. The greens play at medium speed and they are consistently in good condition. Several of the greens are elevated and sloped. A water hazard comes into play on three holes on the course. The seventh, a 153-yard, par-3, hole is the signature hole. It requires a tee shot over water that has to carry at least 125 yards. The upscale Sun City Country Club offers fine dining options as well as an experienced and helpful on-site golf pro.

Great course
We play every week but this is the first time for Sun City Country Club. Love it!
Course was okay, staff was friendly, Value was good. The course did have a lack of drinking water.

Nice course
The course was is good shape. The greens were in especially good shape. My wife and I are retired and saw folks like us on the relatively short course which was perfect for us.

Great shape
I had a 3:08 tee time and did not expect to get a full 18 holes in. There were several groups in front of me that were going to play a scramble. I was asked if I would like to go off 10 first by myself. It turned out that two groups let me play through and I ended up playing the round in 2 1/2 hours. The course was in great shape and it was a fun round.

Sun City Country Club has gradually improved their upkeep and maintenance. The course was in great shape. I compliment the management and everyone who has worked hard to get the course in great shape.

Beautiful course, wonderfully kept
I played this course with my fiancé and we loved it here. Enough so that we would be members if we could! The landscaping is amazing and each hole is so much different than the previous. I would say the front 9 were a little more well kept than the back 9. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. We were able to tee off 15 minutes early which was nice. Also $7 for a bucket of range balls?! That’s amazing! The range balls were all in really good shape which was nice for a change. We were also allowed to play through sunset, which is hard to find. So many courses require the carts in at 5:00, which can cut a game short. We went out at 2:30 and finished our round at about 5:45. Overall this course was phenomenal and I will book again in the near future!

Course was in good shape greens were super fast and sand traps very nice with sand and could hit shots. I will play again good value.

Original Sun City Layout
Course very flat in older area of Sun City. Typical layout, lots of doglegs, fairways were getting old and firm, not much give to them, could be aerated.
Greens were in pretty good condition, tee boxes in spots a bit beaten up. Greens ran true, and appropriate speed, Lots of slopes, but once you got figured out, were very reasonable.
Newer golf carts from last time I played. Price was reasonable for this time of year. If you want better, more terrain, etc you are going to be paying quite a bit more.
