Sun City Country Club
About
The golf course at the Sun City Country Club provides a challenging championship course in an elegant setting. The semi-private course has a tight layout with fairways that are lined with trees and bushes. The trees provide plenty of shade, a welcome asset on sunny days. The greens play at medium speed and they are consistently in good condition. Several of the greens are elevated and sloped. A water hazard comes into play on three holes on the course. The seventh, a 153-yard, par-3, hole is the signature hole. It requires a tee shot over water that has to carry at least 125 yards. The upscale Sun City Country Club offers fine dining options as well as an experienced and helpful on-site golf pro.

Value Golf
Staff was wonderful, but let's be honest the course is in pretty poor shape. Lots of issues on tee boxes with missing grass, tee boxes on slopes, etc. We hit lots of shots out of clover, which I am not used to.
Greens were decent, very tough with lots of crowns and slopes. Layout of the track is very interesting, although not long. Lots of bogeys to be had if you are off the fairway or out of position around the greens.
Solid value, but the course conditions need to be markedly improved before I would return.

Good course
Course was in pretty good shape. Staff was very friendly and got us out a few minutes early. Played in less than 4 hours on a Sunday afternoon. Good value for the money too. Will definitely play again.

Pride in Ownership!!
While the course wasn't in tip top condition, one could easily tell, the superintendent, and course management, are treating the course, as if, they owned it. Very generous fairways, exceptional pace of play. Each hole has it's own unique view, and challenge. Small greens, lightening fast.

Course was fine. Tee areas were beat up but with lots of play and dry conditions this can be expected.

Good shape
It is a shorter course, especially on the back, but in good shape. At least they have grass to hit off and the greens are in good shape. Better then almost all the medium range courses I have planned in the past 3 weeks. Enjoyed the round. Very friendly staff and orderly systems.
