About
Located just south of Grand Avenue in Sun City, Sun City North Golf Course's trademarks are the doglegs and large trees that are present throughout the course. It has many other challenges to offer including plush, elevated greens and numerous sand bunkers. Placid ponds also create water hazards that come into play on two holes. The well-maintained course is relatively flat with plenty of shade, making it enjoyable to walk. The Sun City North Golf Course facility has several amenities including a putting green and chipping area. There is also a fully stocked pro shop and full service grill and deli.

I didn’t play. I mistaking thought the tee time was for sat may14
Old course with good layout
Course was in fair shape, fairways however where really thin. But ball did roll out better. Greens were consistent. T boxes were in good shape. Nothing exceptional or that stands out here though. Really no memorable
"signature" hole. It's a place to go to get a quick round in any afternoon. Golf traffic slows down after noon hits. Nice big putting and chipping practice green. Inside staff was extremely nice.

We enjoyed playing had a good time the greens were kind of hard and there were some hard spots in the fairways too but overall it was a great experience.
Large landing areas!
Good course for the money! Good conditions and not too difficult!

I like the course! Might be a little easier than others! Large landing areas for drives. Good greens and good layout!
Excellent value for money
Sun City North is perfect for the average to good golfer. The fairways are wide and fairly firm. The ball seems to go a long way. A lot of the greens are elevated so slightly miss directed shots can become worse as the ball rolls away from your intended line at the green. Good deep bunkers are challenging and the greens are consistent.
Very Slow Play
Check in was fine, teed off on time. Group in front of us was two behind after 6 holes and 3 after 9. Ranger drove by twice and never said anything. Two younger guys paired with older gentlemen. Older pair were fine. Younger no idea about ready golf. Were double par, or worse, on almost every hole. On back actually got worse. Again, ranger drove by and never stopped. Walked directly through two bunkers to their ball without raking. Should not have been on the course.
Like the Layout Starting Issues
Long line at check in. They were 20 minutes behind schedule. No starter and tee was open for 20 minutes when our group decided to just tee off. We were on second tee before following group even started. Like the course layout. Played in about 4 hours which was good. Greens consistent and in good shape. Rough can be hit or miss with bare lies.
