About
Located at the Sun City Lakes golf facility, the private East Golf Course offers a traditional design with many of the trademarks of Arizona courses, including a desert landscape. The course is an excellent location for golfers to work on their short game. The course is interesting in that the front nine and back nine have different features. The front nine holes are quite open while several tricky elements, including strategically placed bunkers, come into play on the back nine. The Lakes East Golf Course facility also has a driving range, putting green, and chipping areas for golfers to use.

No Carts
Had a 8:55 tee time and no carts. They wouldn’t have any back for 1.5 hours. Had to cancel and lucky we got on at Willowbrook.
Excellent course
If you’re looking for a short, pretty, well maintained little course...this is it. First time playing it today, but we’ll definitely be back!
Terrible place.....
..to play. I paid for a cart and they assured me I would get the next one in. I waited aver an hour and the staff informed another party who took the cart they said was for me. Then when my tee time arrived they still had no cart and let a group of 10 go ahead of my single player because they still had no carts. When I protested they said tough as no carts are guaranteed. I then asked why they took my money. They made dig thru the trash can to get my receipt and then said they would refund my cart fee, but Never played the course because I was upset at this point. Heard the guy Frank utter the N word under his breath and when I asked him what he said he declined to answer me. I still lost my green fees because it was a hot deal. Not so hot for me.
Fun Course
This is a fun executive course, with holes running from 75 yards to 300 yards. (approximately). I have gone back several times and will go back again.
Inconsiderate senior players
Majority of people lollygag and stand around on greens talking after they're done putting, when I skipped a hole to get ahead of the lollygaggers because the whole head was open they then start hitting golf balls into me yelling four, when they actually did not even tee off until I cheat off on the following hole so I guess they not only chat on the grade when they're done putting but then continue their conversation on the next tee box before they decide to tee off, this was not an isolated incident It happened One other time as well. Please be considerate of golfers who actually want to play golf and not sit and talk about the Friday night fish fry the night before !

Play was horribly slow. Course condition was dry and patchy. Only played 9 holes after paying for 18 holes and club house personnel refused a refund. Asinine. Disappointed in lack of customer service. We won’t be back.

Slow on the front 9 it took us 1hour 45 min.
Some people ahead of us only played 9 so we played the back 9 in 1 hour
Short and sweet
This course is great for practicing you short hole game. Only draw back is no bar for beer so bring your own. My foursome will be back.

Short but challenging
I played terribly so I need to play again. Course is in great shape. Staff super helpful and courteous.
