About
Located at the Sun City Lakes golf facility, the private East Golf Course offers a traditional design with many of the trademarks of Arizona courses, including a desert landscape. The course is an excellent location for golfers to work on their short game. The course is interesting in that the front nine and back nine have different features. The front nine holes are quite open while several tricky elements, including strategically placed bunkers, come into play on the back nine. The Lakes East Golf Course facility also has a driving range, putting green, and chipping areas for golfers to use.

Great value for the $!!!! Course in great shape even though the fairways are dormant right now. Greens are fast & true. Had a great round!!!
Great golf day
Great Executive course. Greens were a little slow but in good overall condition.
Interesting variety of yardages on Par 3's. Good test for shorter irons.
Tee times on either side of us were open so no slow downs and nobody pushing us.

Great short course that forces you to use your shirt game. Course was in good shape but the greens need to be cut.
Ran out of Golf Carts
Was very excited for this round. Until me and my partner arrived at the course and they told us they ran out of golf carts and we had to use push carts. This was on a hot morning in May (not as busy as a typical fall/winter morning) and they still ran out of golf carts. In my opinion, It is their responsibility to have plenty of golf carts for folks who do not wish to walk. It made the experience poor on a 95°+ day. They also charged $7 per push cart (in my opinion, great customer service would be charging $0 for a push cart if you run out of golf carts).
Fun course
This was a great little executive course. Great for walking. You will not work on your driver with this course
Good short course
We play this course often, it's fairly close to the house and it only takes about three hours. Plus we get a good 4.5 mile walk in and enjoy the beautiful AZ spring weather. Great course for working on the short game.
Great Staff
The pace of play was slow the front nine due to foursomes in front of us. Typically, we move fast. Prior to starting the back nine, the staff didn't hesitate to accommodate our concern and offered a couple solutions. Customer service is a big deal to me. So I give this course an "excellent"!
Fun executive course
Fairways and rough were nice. The greens rolled good but were hard so the chipping game was hard to stick shorter shots. Overall a fun little course
Love this course
This has turned into my favorite course in the Phoenix area. Staff is awesome and the course is in prime condition.
