Trail Ridge Golf Course at Sun City West

Surprisingly, lot of standing water all over the course. It rained on Sunday but not that much. Overall, course is in good shape. Greens rolled well. Nobody there, so we played pretty quickly. The starter let us off early, in stark contrast to the staff at Grandview, who tried to make us wait couple of weeks ago, till our starting time, even though there was nobody there.

The course should include a cart for the price. An additional $16;per player. Kinda stupid especially for old lawn mower gas powered carts.

This is a nice course that has a little bit of everything for your average golfer. Hills, change in elevation, water holes, tricky pin placements( on some holes.) If you decide to walk the course, just know that you frequently have to cross streets that weave in and out of the community( leading to a bit more walking than you might expect.)

The title says it all. Not much to complain about just an average layout with a good amount of water and bunkers. Fairways are a bit narrow but that makes it a moderate challenge.

The course was in great condition and the weather was fantastic. I have played all the courses in Sun City West and have zero complaints.

Nice value for the money. Will need to rent a cart for additional money with a partner.

First time playing and experienced a few surprises by not knowing the course. Definitely will be back for another attempt to play better. Very comfortable day with some strong winds.

Everything about my round was very nice, except the fact they had no carts to rent at my tee time. Although it certainly didn’t hurt me to walk. I was a single golfer from Iowa, and the 3 people I was paired with were awesome. I was playing with a couple from Canada and a young guy from the area. I couldn’t have had better or more enjoyable company. I’ll be back !
