About
Trail Ridge Golf Course offers a good game on a truly desert landscape. Built on mostly flat terrain, the course can be walked but there are some holes that are quite hilly. Ponds situated throughout the golf course create water hazards that come into play on six holes. There are some elevated tees and greens as well as strategically placed sand bunkers to add further challenges. Four sets of tee boxes ensure that golfers of all skill levels and abilities will enjoy the course. The Trail Ridge Golf Course facility also features practice facilities including a putting green and chipping area and there is also a fully stocked pro shop.

Great golf day for my son and I.
The staff was nice and greeted us. We got on the course a little early. It was cared for and well groomed.
It was a little pricey from my normal round but we wanted a special day and we got it.
One of my best father son gold experiences. Thanks.
I did need a bathroom about hole 15 and there were none on the back nine.
Great variety and good conditions.
Interesting layout in good condition that presents a variety of challenges. A very good value at the golfnow special.
Greens are in great shape.
Paid $17 on Golfnow Hot Deal and it was worth it. Course is in great shape, fairways are nice and greens are true. Pace of play was fine for a foursome and course finishes with west to east holes so the sun is at your back late in the day. Course is between moderate to challenging. Some holes have interesting design features, especially 17th.
Would recommend this course to all skill levels due to multiple tee boxes.

Tees set up to challenge all levels of golf skill.. Greens good size and in excellent condition. Back 9 very scenic layout and more challenging with water hazards well placed. Pace of play = 4 hours.
My favorite of the Sun City West courses
Like all of the Sun City West courses, Trail Ridge is in immaculate shape. It is lush and green, and I love the layout. The desert landscaping, which a lot of residents don't like, makes this course absolutely beautiful to play.
Course was in good shape. Staff caters to regulars and dismissed us as "the Golf Now" group.
Round took over 5 hours to play. Even though there was only one other foursome on the entire course. Marshall showed up on the 17 tee.
Staff obviously caters to regular clientele.
Overall excellent course
Very good conditions, nice wide fairways, range ball $1.00, have played many times, a favorite couse now. Bob
The course is challenging
The fairways were cut short especially for the hot summer day on which I played. The layout features some undulation on the fairways leading to up hill/downhill stances. Greens were rolling a little slow however they rolled true.
The staff was entertaining and were happy to have me play enve though the course was built as a private but due to current econonic conditions it has been opened to public play. I liked it so much I played it 3 consecutive days especially at the great of green fee of $12.99 including cart.
Great deal in the summer
I played the course during the heat of summer 100+ degrees for a discounted price of $13 including cart..
Great deal but it is hot out there. Bring plenty of liquids.
