Dry conditions
Course was dry and a little slow as there were a lot of people on the course. Excellent value overall.
Great Value!
Sweet Muni course, excellent staff and some of the fastest greens we played. Great value and we’ll definitely be back!
New electric carts! Rough fairways ...
Windy and chillty and sprinkles in the pm so not too busy. New carts are great! Greens not bad for Spring. Fairways pretty bad. Hard to find any stretches of green fairway to hit off of. Coures workers were very nice and helpful. Foursome in front of the two of us were lining up putts like it was the US Open! Give it a rest guys! People play to have fun. Keep it moving!
Average municipal course. Not in great shape in early spring... assuming due to harsh weather. Unfortunately we played on a very windy day, 40 mph winds, which made the experience very difficult.
Little Tough
I have played this course for several winters. It is in the worst condition I have seen it. Far too many people on the course for play. We finally quit on number 12. We had been 3.5 hours at this point. I will try it again because it has been so good for us in the past. I am going to assume that our circumstances were unusual!
First group off in the Am! Pace was lighting fast. Lol. Staff was awesome and cheerful for 6am tee it up. Had a great time. Great little track to get the irons dialed
Windy and Cold
Course was ok. Fairways were a little thin.
Layout was good.
Day was windy and cold.
Good day of golf not weather..
Cold, windy, rainy and some sleet for good measure.
Golfing was good despite the inclement weather.
Great Day of Golf
Played Sunday. Perfect weather day. Greens very fast with undulating greens. Make sure to stay below the hole. Pace of play was ok for boulder city. High School girl's tournament was happening before our tee time.
Course itself was in winter condition. Hard packed fairway with dried out yellow rough. Bunkers in good shape. Lots of tall mature trees line the fairways. Need to be accurate with your tee shots or you will be punching out from under trees. Good layout with shots that require you to work it both ways. All in all a great municipal course, worth the cost.
Needs help
The course gets a lot of people that don’t fix anymore than the superintendent. Bad grass bad greens and bad sand traps. Needs a lot of TLC.
Big holes
When walking off a green, my husband stepped in a deep hole for maybe it was irrigation. He fell and has hurt his hip. The rest of his game was ruined for him. Sob sob
good muni course
Nice challange. Good diversity of holes. Good greens and fairways. Great value for price. Overall a very nice dsy pf golf
